About the role

• Millenia Ltd is hiring a Project Manager to deliver our internet service provider network expansion project, customer connections and upgrades in Nairobi and across the country on time, within budget and within Communications Authority licence conditions. You will report to the director and lead project coordinators, site supervisors and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and baseline fibre (FTTH/FTTB), fixed-wireless and backbone projects: scope, schedule, budget and resources
• Coordinate site surveys, civil works, installation, testing and activation with Network Operations and contractors
• Manage licensing, county permits and wayleaves, and keep audit-ready compliance records
• Manage vendors and contractors: contracts, service levels, quality inspection and milestone sign-off
• Own project budgets and track cost per home passed and per connection
• Run risk, change control and site health and safety
• Issue a weekly project dashboard and a monthly executive report, and lead and coach the project team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Project Management or a related field
• At least 4 years managing ISP, fibre, wireless or telecom projects, including 2+ years leading teams or contractors
• Proven FTTH/GPON or fixed-wireless rollout delivery in Kenya or East Africa
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
• Strong budgeting skills and proficiency in MS Project, Jira or Asana, and Excel
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites

About the role

• Millenia Ltd is hiring a Technical Sales Agent to win home, small-business and corporate internet customers in Nairobi and across the country, assess each site technically before the sale, and hand over every customer to installation ready to connect. You will report to the Business Development Manager and work daily in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect daily across your zone: estates, buildings, SMEs and referrals, and log every lead in the CRM
• Visit prospects to check coverage and options, recommend the right package, and prepare a clear job card for installers
• Present and demonstrate Millenia’s packages, prepare quotations, and close sales against competitors
• Complete KYC, contracts and first payment correctly, and hand over each sale for installation
• Follow up with new customers for 90 days, resolve early issues and win upgrades and referrals
• Meet monthly sales quotas and send daily and weekly activity and competitor reports

What you bring

• Diploma or degree in IT, Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business or Marketing
• At least 2 years of field or B2B sales experience, preferably in an ISP or telecom business
• Working knowledge of fibre (FTTH/GPON), fixed wireless, Wi-Fi coverage and routers
• Confident communicator in English and Kiswahili, comfortable with CRM tools and mobile payments
• Self-driven, honest and willing to work in the field daily; reliable transport

Advantageous: existing estate or SME network in Nairobi, CCNA or fibre training, experience selling against major ISPs.

Contract: Full-time, contract, based in Nairobi (3-month probation).
