    Cosmetics Account Executive

    RESPONSIBILTIES

    • Develop and execute sophisticated strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives for assigned high-value accounts (retailers, spas, distributors).
    • Act as an authoritative product expert, conducting in-depth consultations, training sessions, and product demonstrations for both clients and retail partners, covering ingredients, application techniques, and benefits.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating contracts and terms effectively to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitable growth.
    • Utilize extensive industry knowledge to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing actionable insights to the marketing and product development teams.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior representatives or beauty advisors, fostering a culture of expertise, professionalism, and goal achievement.
    • Collaborate on and execute promotional events, trade shows, and campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree or cosmetology certification is a plus.
    • A minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in sales, account management, or a senior client-facing role within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
    • A professional and polished demeanor with the gravitas to manage complex
    • client relationships and represent the brand with credibility at all levels. In-depth, encyclopedic knowledge of cosmetic products, skincare, makeup artistry, and current beauty industry trends.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuade stakeholders.
    • The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and think strategically to drive long-term business outcomes.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) and strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and performance analysis.
    • Existing strong network and connections within the cosmetics retail or wholesale space.

    Marketing Manager (Cosmetics)

    RESPONSIBILTIES

    • Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our beauty and cosmetics products across various channels. 
    • Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, in-store promotions) that align with brand objectives.
    • Manage the brand's positioning and consumer insights, ensuring all messaging is consistent, compelling, and relevant to the target audience.
    • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including the website, e- commerce platforms, email marketing, and social media presence. 
    • Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer demands, and opportunities for differentiation and market expansion.
    • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, track KPIs, analyze campaign performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development) to ensure seamless product launches and participate in marketing events and trade shows.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, with a significant and demonstrable focus on the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
    • In-depth knowledge of beauty products, market dynamics, consumer behavior, and retail environments specific to the Kenyan cosmetics landscape. (Very Key)
    • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Business Administration,
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
    • A creative thinker, highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be based in or near Nairobi, Kenya, with the ability to work from our office and travel for events as required.

    Social Media Manager/Expert

    RESPONSIBILTIES

    • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.) tailored specifically for the cosmetics industry.
    • Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content (photos, videos, tutorials, graphics) that highlights product benefits and application techniques.
    • Build and nurture an active online community, managing daily interactions, responding to inquiries and comments, and fostering brand loyalty with professionalism.
    • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key beauty influencers and content creators to amplify brand messaging and reach.
    • Use analytics tools to monitor social media performance metrics, track KPIs, analyze ROI of campaigns, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and beauty industry best practices, ensuring all communication is compliant and professional.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation, with essential experience in the cosmetics or beauty sector.
    • A strong portfolio demonstrating success in driving engagement and sales for a beauty brand, and deep familiarity with cosmetic product marketing nuances.
    • A reliable and professional work ethic with excellent judgment in public communication and reputation management.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, along with a keen aesthetic eye and creative flair for visually appealing content.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), content editing software, and social media analytics platforms.
    • Must be based in or near Nairobi, Kenya, with the ability to work from our office and attend local events/photoshoots as required.

    Store Clerk

    Responsbilities

    • Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming materials, spare parts, consumables, and cylinders.
    • Issue materials exclusively to authorized personnel upon verification of approved requisitions.
    • Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular, necessary stock reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
    • Update inventory management systems meticulously and report any stock discrepancies promptly to management.
    • Ensure all materials are properly labelled, safely stored, and secured in compliance with organizational safety standards. Monitor current stock levels and proactively raise purchase requisitions for timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
    • Assist in periodic physical inventory counts and audits as required by the company.
    • Maintain the cleanliness and optimal organization of the entire store and warehouse area.
    • Coordinate effectively with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to guarantee timely supply and dispatch operations.
    • Strictly comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations related to materials handling, particularly gas storage.

    Requirements

    • Minimum: Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Requires 1-3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory, or warehouse operations.
    • Experience in the oil & gas or energy sector is strongly preferred.
    • Familiarity with gas equipment, cylinders, and related safety standards is necessary.
    • Good working knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
    • Demonstrable strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.
    • Effective communication and teamwork abilities are essential. Physical capacity to lift moderate weights and work consistently in an industrial/depot environment.
