    Commercial Caretaker

    • Proven experience in commercial property management or caretaking ie previous
    • Experience managing a commercial Property.
    • Computer literate with the ability to handle basic reporting and record keeping. Strong communication skills and good

    • Experience in using zoho, quickbooks, and crm systems.
    • Knowledge of cleaning supervision, minor maintenance, and tenant service Coordination.
    • Ability to manage cleaning staff and contractors effectively.
    • Understanding of safety, hygiene, and waste management standards.

    Marketing Associate

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute innovative, territory-specific marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across all product lines.
    • Oversee day-to-day execution of marketing activities, ensuring all franchise sites and marketing materials align with the Jibu brand standards.
    • Coordinate digital marketing and social media activities.
    • Plan and coordinate activations, events, and promotional campaigns (ATL & BTL).
    • Work with agency partners and franchisees to deliver marketing campaigns tailored to regional markets.
    • Support in designing marketing collateral aligned with Jibu's brand and assisting franchisees with localized materials.
    • Track campaign performance, gather customer feedback, and recommend improvements.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and trends.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities for management review.
    • Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns and initiatives.
    • Provide support and direction to franchisees on all marketing activities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Basic skills in budgeting and project coordination.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.
    • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) will be an added advantage.
