    Specialist, FMS Development

    Principal Accountabilities

    1. Collaborate with the FMS transition project team to support the migration from Agresso to Oracle Fusion, including data validation, integrations, testing, and user support.
    2. Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
    3. Participate in post-go-live activities including system stabilisation, enhancement requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    4. Work as part of a Scrum team within an Agile product development environment, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
    5. Support day-to-day operations of Oracle Fusion, including troubleshooting, user access management, and service request resolution alongside other support teams.
    6. Document processes, configurations, and training materials to support knowledge sharing and onboarding.
    7. Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and security standards.
    8. Fully document business analysis, designs, and technical specifications for all changes.
    9. Support global users, manage support tickets, and ensure vendor engagement and SLA compliance.
    10. Collaborate with IT teams to maximize system performance, ensure platform updates, and participate in regression testing where needed.

    Experience and Skills

    Essential

    1. An understanding of Financial, ERP knowledge
    2. Proven experience in development, implementation and management of Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite or Fusion Cloud).
    3. Ability to quickly understand and explain complex technical and non-technical information in a succinct and compelling manner to all levels of audience. 
    4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
    6. SQL database knowledge - preferably PL/SQL 

    Education and Qualifications

    Essential

    1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

    Desirable

    1. Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist – Fusion Financials preferred.

    Senior Specialist, FMS Development

    • Skilled in automated build and deployment processes.
    • Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
    • Non-profit sector knowledge/experience.

    Senior Officer, Identity & Access Management

    Principal Accountabilities

    • Execute user identity lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and access modifications in alignment with SCI standards.
    • Provide first-line to mid-level troubleshooting for identity-related issues (authentication failures, MFA prompts, access errors, basic conditional access behaviors).
    • Manage identity constructs in Azure AD/Entra ID (security groups, role assignments, MFA settings, user attributes).
    • Monitor identity systems for anomalies, risky logins, failed authentications, spam-related alerts, and escalation as required.
    • Support Senior IAM Administrator with operational tasks, including MFA rollouts, access reviews, SSO integrations, identity hygiene improvements, and conditional access reviews.
    • Contribute to IAM documentation, ensuring SOPs remain accurate and aligned with global team guidelines.
    • Assist with testing and implementation of identity and infrastructure changes following SCI change management processes.
    • Help coordinate and escalate Microsoft Support cases when required.
    • Uphold security, compliance, and governance principles across all identity operations.

    Experience and Skills

    Essential

    • Foundational understanding or basic proficiency in IT support, systems administration, or identity operations.
    • Understanding of Active Directory principles (users, groups, OU basics).
    • Familiarity with Azure AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration fundamentals.
    • Basic understanding of MFA concepts and conditional access fundamentals.
    • Ability to follow procedures, logically troubleshoot issues, and document processes clearly.
    • Strong communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to learn.
