    Safety Officer (120K)

    Job Purpose

    • We are seeking to hire a Safety Officer to support health, safety, environmental, and food safety compliance within a busy operational environment.
    • He/she will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, food safety, and environmental practices within the organization’s catering operations. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with safety standards, legal requirements, and operational procedures to minimize workplace risks and incidents.

    Responsibilities

    Safety Compliance & Monitoring

    • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies
    • Conduct routine inspections across operational and production areas
    • Monitor safe work practices within catering and kitchen operations
    • Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

    Risk Assessment & Hazard Control

    • Identify workplace hazards and unsafe practices
    • Conduct risk assessments related to kitchen operations, chemicals, equipment, and manual handling
    • Recommend and follow up on corrective and preventive actions

    Incident Management

    • Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
    • Prepare incident investigation reports and recommend preventive measures
    • Maintain accurate incident and corrective action records

    Training & Awareness

    • Conduct safety inductions for new employees and contractors
    • Coordinate toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions
    • Promote a positive safety culture within the organization

    Emergency Preparedness

    • Support implementation of emergency response procedures
    • Coordinate fire safety inspections and evacuation drills
    • Ensure emergency equipment remains accessible and functional

    Food Safety & Hygiene Support

    • Support implementation of food safety and hygiene standards
    • Monitor housekeeping and sanitation standards
    • Ensure compliance with contamination prevention practices

    Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation
    • Prepare weekly and monthly safety reports
    • Track closure of corrective actions and audit findings

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field
    • Relevant HSE certification
    • Knowledge of food safety and catering operations
    • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within catering, hospitality, or food production environments
    • Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations
    • Risk assessment and hazard identification skills
    • Incident investigation and reporting capabilities
    • Excellent communication and training skills
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
    • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced operational environments

    Process & Compliance Lead (Supply Chain)

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a proactive and highly analytical Process & Compliance Lead to join our Supply Chain Management team. The role is pivotal in ensuring effective lease management, procurement compliance, partner performance, and risk mitigation across supply chain operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Lease & Site Management: Oversee acquisition, renewal, and compliance of property leases and regulatory licenses.
    • Supply Chain Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to minimize business exposure.
    • Systems & Reporting: Manage ERP/Oracle and contract management systems; prepare dashboards and compliance reports.
    • Partner Performance: Conduct evaluations, manage partner relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
    • Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, audit requirements, and supplier master data integrity.

    Requirements

    • University degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
    • Professional certification such as CIPS (UK) is an added advantage.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a multinational procurement/commercial environment; telecom exposure is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of ERP/Oracle systems, procurement principles, and purchase-to-pay processes.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, financial acumen, and analytical ability.
    • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
    • Ability to work under minimal supervision with operational latitude.
    • Strong collaboration across departments and with external partners.
