    Financial Controller/ ISO 9001:2015 Assistant Auditor

    Role

    Under Finance Controller: The financial controller will perform regular controls and checks in both finance and operations departments to ensure sound processes and procedures are in place.

    Under ISO 9001:2015 Assistant Auditor : Responsible for ensuring the smooth running and maintenance of a comprehensive internal QMS audit in relation to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

    Job Description Under ISO 9001:2015 QMS Assistant Auditor.

    • Understanding from HODs the needs of interested parties such as customers and suppliers, and keeping the information up to date in the master file. 
    • Establishment and continual improvement of the QMS process through follow-up for implementation of suggestions done.  
    • Ensure customer feedback on the product is gathered to keep a check on customer satisfaction
    • Reporting on QMS performance through Audit reports and presentations  
    • Monitoring and evaluation of the Quality objectives to ensure they are being met 
    • Internal communication and coordination of the internal audits, QMS training, etc
    • Frequent review of site quality checklist to ensure product conformity 
    • Follow-up with HODs  to ensure closure of Nonconformity and corrective action within timelines

    Job Description under Financial Controller 

    • Prepare the company for audit by doing regular financial controls in the finance and operations department.
    • Making sure that all entries made in the ERP system are correct by checking the postings in the ERP on a monthly basis.
    • Confirming the expense and revenue allocation is done as per IFRS standards and continuously highlight wrong posting or allocation. 
    • Conduct monthly physical and systemised stock reconciliation.
    • Review the cost of sales and reconcile the values between the ERP and SAP.
    • Review financial processes, accounting and internal control systems and identify any non-conformity or any lack of process. 
    • Identifying company risks and report any risks to senior management through monthly reports.
    • Review compliance with the law and other external regulations.

    Qualifications

    • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in accounts and ISO audits for at least 5 years.
    • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
    • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
    • Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software.
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Trained ISO 9001:2015 auditor with practical experience in audit practise.
    • Experience in using accounting software .

    Accountant

    Role

    The Accountant will perform a series of tasks and handle all financial matters, thus helping to drive the business’ overall management strategy.

    Job Specifications

    • Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
    • Examining expenses submitted by employees and reconciliation of company petty cash on a monthly basis.
    • Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable.
    • Following up with the sales department on accounts receivable.
    • Reconciliation of both the Account payable and accounts receivable on monthly basis.
    • Analysing data collected in order to determine the state of the company’s financial health
    • Inventory management and coordination of monthly stock take
    • Examining the proficiency of the software programs used to organise data
    • Generating financial reports that display the company’s profits, equity and cash flow
    • Establish and develop relations with Senior management, external partners and stakeholders.

    Skills

    • BS in Finance or Accounting.
    • Proficient user of finance software.
    • Member of a professional body; ICPAK.
    • Previous work experience in a similar position.
    • Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
    • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
    • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
    • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
    • Professional qualifications such as CPA or similar will be considered an added advantage.

    Civil Design Engineer

    Role

    Civil engineering designer for structural, utilities, roadways, water and sewage lines, drainage and earthwork, for large scale residential and commercial building 

    Skillls

    • Degree in Civil Engineering.
    • 2 years experience with Engineering design consultancy or similar.
    • Well-organised who knows how to use CAD software and other computer softwares to design civil structural elements for planned building projects.
    • Detail-Oriented and able to carefully analyse maps, surveys, and drawings.
    • Able to thrive in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
    • Good critical thinking skills to troubleshoot potential problems with plans, designs, and sketches as well as adjustment plans as needed.

    Development Officer

    Role

    Assist Head of Development and project architect in preparing architectural plans, designs and project specifications. The Development Officer will also collaborate with the operations team to make presentations that will help develop and finalise building plans.

    Responsibilities

    • Control project(s) design and implementation to ensure high quality, innovative and
      functional design.
    • Develop briefs to identify clients’ needs, put together feasibility reports and present
      design proposals.
    • Follow and document architectural trends and advancements.
    • Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
    • File development documents according to procedures and processes.
    •  Keep within project budgets and timelines.
    • Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on the project.
    • Ensure that design and implementation on-site complies with building codes, guidelines
      and regulations.
    • Compile project specifications.
    • Cooperate and liaise with the operations team and other construction professionals.

    Job specifications

    • BS Degree in Architecture
    • A minimum of 1-year experience as a graduate architect.
    • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
    • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Suites, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion or similar).
    • Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
    • Project management skills.
    • Work within agreed deadlines, schedules or project framework(s).
    • Adhere to all Company core values, guidelines and policies.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent organisation and planning skills.
    • Honesty and Integrity.
