    Project Manager - Real Estate (Land Development)

    Job Description/Requirements

    Principle Duties and Responsibilities:    

    1. Manage/Coordinate all land related projects from initiation to completion. These include survey works, value addition works and construction-related tasks. 
    2. Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites. 
    3. Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features. 
    4. Where required prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed. 
    5. Prepare or supervise the preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys. 
    6. Search legal records, survey records, and land titles in order to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed. 
    7. Write descriptions of the property boundary surveys for use in deeds, leases, or other legal documents. 
    8. Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas, using mapping tools e.g. satellite-based global positioning systems (GPS). 
    9. Facilitate production of title deeds from survey plans from the relevant land offices. 
    10. Work with the contracted consultants, surveyors, contractors and other service providers to ensure projects are delivered within budget, time and in the highest quality.    

    Requirements for the Project Manager -  Real Estate (Land Development) 

    • Bachelors Degree in Survey, Land economics, Real estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Urban and regional planning or related disciplines.
    • At least five (5) years project management experience in any field.
    • At least two (2) years experience in real estate/land/ property related projects e.g. valuation tasks, survey tasks, construction tasks etc. 
    • Possession of a valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and compile necessary reports.
    • Strong organization, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Highly driven with enthusiasm to maintain exceptional services to Username internal and external clients. 
    • Proficiency in Computer skills, Survey Design and Geomapping softwares, Archicad, Autocad etc. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and CRM database.
    • Good attention to detail, organized, efficient and decisive. 
    • High degree of accuracy when handling information.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    ICT Support Analyst

    Principle Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Software Development and Support.
    2. Web systems / Website Development and Support.
    3. Translate documented business requirements into a technical solution design for implementation.
    4. Network Support - LAN and WAN
    5. Help desk support
    6. System Administration
    7. Desktop Software and Hardware support
    8. Systems and application software support
    9. Server and client operating systems support
    10. Data and voice communication support
    11. Networking and ICT security
    12. Output and print management. 

    Desired Skills and Qualifications

    • Degree in Science/computer science/Engineering/Business related degree from reputable education institution.
    • 3+ technical background in software development inclusive of databases, applications, Infrastructure, cloud development, 1+ years of experience in networks and ICT Support.
    • Proven track record in designing and implementing large scale, complex projects delivering IT/Telco customer solutions; demonstrable leadership skills and organizational experience
    • A “hands-on software developer” capable of sharing software development experience with the rest of the team, which in turn, helps them better understand how softwares are developed end to end.
    • IT Networks qualification an added advantage.
    • Experience working on own initiative, with minimum supervision and within a team
    • Self Driven and Proactive.
    • Ability to drive initiatives without any formal authority in an ambiguous environment
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
