Qualities for the Waiter Job
KCSE certificate.
Certificate in food and beverage or hospitality industry is desirable.
Handling cash register, day-to-day financial transactions at the restaurant’s point of sale and ensuring a balance of the register at the close of business.
The job holder should have good interpersonal, communication skills and also possess the enthusiasm to work with other staff as a team player.
Qualities for the Cashier Job
KCSE Certificate.
Certificate in food and beverage or hospitality industry is desirable.
Basic computer knowledge is desirable.
Previous experience as a cashier is an added advantage.
