You will define end-to-end scenarios, identify crisp technical requirements, collaborate across disciplines and teams to deliver high quality solutions that improve our Windows users’ experiences while keeping them safe, secure and respecting their privacy requirements. You must be a great verbal and written communicator, be self-motivated, able to make solid decisions and feel comfortable leading across org boundaries.

We are looking for an experienced software engineer to join our Windows Client Quality Team to help measure and monitor the end-to-end customer experience for a new generation of experiences across the Windows operating system.
The ideal candidate will be contributing to building infrastructure that tests and validates experiences, and also aggregates and analyzes data from hundreds of millions of devices to measure customer experience with the operating system as well as to identify potential problems that end customers may face and mitigate them or prevent them from occurring.

This will require high-bandwidth interactions with partner teams such as working with designers and user researchers to define the look and feel of the experiences and leading engineers in developing features.
