    Field Service Engineer Automation

    Your Mission

    • Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications.
    • Properly handle, check, and transfer equipment non-conformities.
    • Prepare Job Progress Chart and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities.
    • Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction.
    • Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures, Sidel coordination plan rules and customer rules.
    • Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site.
    • Technical activities, troubleshooting and reporting deliverables.
    • Report to the Installation Site Manager for team site activities.

    Your Profile

    Level of Education and Language

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
    • Fluent level of English is a must.
    • French is an advantage.

    Level of Experience and Skills

    • Specialization in automation-mechanic or aseptic is a plus.
    • Experience in the beverage industry.
    • Min. 3 years of experience in field activities.
    • Technical subject matter expertise on Mechanical, Automation (B&R, Siemens, Elau & AB) Electrical or Aseptic.
    • Availability to travel up to 90 % (Including International Locations).
    • Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds
    • Constantly ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like
    • Constantly remaining in stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods
    • Constantly operating machinery and/or power tools
    • Constantly operating in small and/or enclosed spaces

    Field Service Engineer - Rotary

    Your Profile

    Level of Education and Language:

    • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • English fluent, written and spoken.

    Level of Experience and Skills:

    • Min 5 years’ experience in field service.
    • Experiences in high speed rotary filling machine.
    • Experiences in different application e.g., CSD (Carbonated), HR (Hot Filling), PH (Preferential heating), Aseptic, plasma coating technology PET, and others is an advantage.

    • Min 5 years’ experience in field service activities especially in Rotary labelling machine e.g. Hot melt, Cold glue, PSL.
    • Experience in the beverage PET / CAN / GLASS industry.
    • Consolidated technical background on Electronics and Mechanicals.
    • Knowledge of Sidel machinery is a PLUS including Blowing / Filling
    • Knowledgeable with the PLC program (Siemens / B&R / ELAU).
    • Able to travel (up to 90% in international environment)

    Project Manager Services

    Your Mission

    Offer Preparation:

    • Understand customer requests and translate his needs.
    • Coordinate with all involved product divisions to provide a full complete solution answering customer needs
    • Support Services sales team in sales, proposals, and presentations as needed
    • Propose additional Services Products when required to secure project success as well as maximizing customer satisfaction

    Projects Execution:

    • Project registration in SAP
    • Initiate the project with customer and aftersales manager
    • Set a full schedule and coordinate with customer accordingly
    • Evaluate technical feasibility and technical risks of project so as to determine proper level of support at Supply Chain and PM&D
    • Coordinate with all the involved business units to ensure the launching of the correct parts and follow up on delivery
    • Conduct risk assessment and set mitigation plan to reduce any impact on the project
    • Keep monitoring Quality -Cost (Budget) - Delivery (Timeline) of the projects
    • Manage project crisis and plan for a course of action in conjunction with all project actors
    • Reporting project progress on a weekly basis
    • Arrange the logistics of the parts (packing, consolidation, and shipping to customer)

    Projects Installation:

    • Planning of the required resources and skills to conduct the installation
    • Coordinate with the planning team to ensure the provision of the right skills
    • Arrange Health Safety Environment & Security (HSE&S) coordination plan
    • Arrange the logistics of the installation team and coordinate with the customers accordingly
    • Coordinate with the team on site and provide the required support to complete the job
    • Create and follow up punch list due to any nonconformity found on site
    • Monitor and support the intervention till he gets the technical acceptance of the project

    Project Closing:

    •  Conduct Root cause analysis to understand the root of the problem and set learned lessons
    • Ensure that all the invoices are issued completely
    • Ensure database update
    • Set a closing meeting with the customer
    • Arrange customer satisfaction survey

    Your Profile

    Level of Education and Language:

    • Bachelor Engineering Degree or equivalent
    • Fluency in English
    • PMP certificate is a plus

    Level of Experience:

    • 3+ years’ experience in project management with strong technical expertise
    • Experienced in Packaging, Sidel equipment and Services Portfolio
    • Ability to read and interpret Engineering document such as operating and maintenance instructions, assembly drawing
    • Knowledge of MS Office, Project and SAP a plus

    Required experience and skills:

    • Minimum 10 years experience in capital equipment sales and territory/business area management, particularly in the packaging and/or rigid plastic industry
    • Established customer base and network within the rigid container market
    • Significant rigid container equipment, market and industry knowledge
    • Market evaluation and analysis skills, planning skills; ability to develop and present a value proposition
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Sales management experience; excellent negotiation skills; Experience in managing a team of 2+ managers;
    • Good understanding of Sidel business context;
