- Candidates applying for the position of Lecturer in Engineering and above MUST be Professional Practising Engineers registered with Engineering Board of Kenya (EBK) and Corporate Members of Institute of Engineers Kenya (IEK) as per Engineers Act,2011 Section 16 and Engineers rules 2019.
- Candidates applying for positions of Tutorial Fellows in Engineering MUST be registered Graduate Engineers with Engineering Board of Kenya (EBK) as stipulated under Section 18 of the Engineers Act 2011 and Engineers Rules 2019 and must be Graduate members of Institute of Engineers Kenya (IEK).
