    Graphic Designer

    REPORTING TO THE HEAD OF MARKETING

    OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    • This role is responsible for creating visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. The role will also be
    • responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics, logos, layout and photos.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Design graphics for use in media products such as magazines, labels, advertising and signage for our brands
    • Study the design briefs and create engaging graphics out of it; design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports,
    • advertisements and other communication materials
    • Meet with brand owners to gain an understanding of what they want their proposed communications to look like
    • Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications
    • Create these materials by hand or using technology and computer software programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and more
    • Determine size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material as well as font style and size
    • Produce drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on the feedback received
    • Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications

    PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

    ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a relevant field from a recognized institution

    EXPERIENCE

    2 years’ experience in graphic design work

    E-commerce Manager - Digital

    REPORTING TO THE DIGITAL BUSINESS MANAGER

    OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    The incumbent will be responsible for generating monthly sales and collecting reports

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop strategies to help the group increase its market share in new and existing business
    • Identify new ideas and sales opportunities as well as plan their implementation through Business Executives
    • Carry out regular reviews of client lists, daily and monthly plans for the Business Executives
    • Carry out client visits with the Business Executives when necessary
    • Carry out regular sales meeting with staff to review sales progress and maintain good employee relations

    Social Media Strategist

    OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    • Responsible for writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Optimizing social media posts (language, tone and message) based on our target audience’s behaviors

    Key Accountabilities

    • Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness through leveraging new monetization efforts around digital
    • Create and publish original, informative and appealing high quality content for the Groups’ website and Social Media pages
    • Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
    • Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors
    • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
    • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
