E-commerce Manager - Digital at Standard Group

REPORTING TO THE DIGITAL BUSINESS MANAGER

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The incumbent will be responsible for generating monthly sales and collecting reports

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop strategies to help the group increase its market share in new and existing business
• Identify new ideas and sales opportunities as well as plan their implementation through Business Executives
• Carry out regular reviews of client lists, daily and monthly plans for the Business Executives
• Carry out client visits with the Business Executives when necessary
• Carry out regular sales meeting with staff to review sales progress and maintain good employee relations
• Ensure a high degree of staff morale and discipline by providing performance- driven leadership
• Undertake quarterly appraisals of KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/ Commerce or a relevant field
• from a recognized institution
• 5 years’ experience in comparable relevant position in a reputable organization

SKILLS AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES

• Knowledge of a discipline/function e.g. production, finance, sales, training etc.
• Ability to co-ordinate with those of other areas.
• Translates overall Group plans into operations plans
• Ability to make decisions under situation of uncertainty
