    Technology Operations Lead

    REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • B.S. in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field; or equivalent experience; or industry certification (CompTIA A+, N+, Microsoft 365, AWS etc.).
    • 5+ years building, managing, and optimizing on-premises and cloud compute resources in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
    • Systems & network engineering passion and proficiency with 5+ years’ experience deploying, managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud, server, storage, networking, and end-user devices - running a wide variety of operating systems including Windows, Linux and macOS.
    • 5+ years designing and deploying cloud productivity applications including Google Apps, Microsoft 365, Zoho.
    • 5+ years using change & configuration management tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Manage Engine Desktop Central etc. to manage, monitor, maintain and secure MacOS and Windows endpoint devices.
    • Demonstrated experience designing, building, managing, and troubleshooting Infrastructure & Virtualization Services such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, vMware, Hyper-V etc. Certification in these technologies a huge plus.
    • Experience deploying and/or working with customer services and ticket systems such as Zendesk or Zoho Desk.
    • Relentless Automator. Always looking for opportunities to automate day-to-day mundane tasks and implement systems that help to manage a large-pool of technology resources with as few people as possible.
    • Excellent proficiency in scripting & automation languages (Bash, Powershell, Python, Kusto(KQL) etc.)

    • Familiarity and comfort with OSI model a huge plus.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Manage and resolve day-to-day technology support requests – ensuring everyone has the technology & compute resources they need to build and deliver products and services our customers love.
    • Assess our client’s Mission & Strategy; and plan, design, deploy and maintain fast, efficient, reliable & secure infrastructure, tools and productivity applications to support Mission & Strategies.
    • Forecast, plan and create budgets for technology resources (apps, infrastructure, cloud services, management tools etc.) and work with finance, procurement and other teams to acquire and quickly deploy approved resources.
    • Plan, Design & DeployNetworking, Security, Infrastructure and Directory Services; Productivity Applications; Operations Management; and Change & Configuration Management tools to support the organization’s rapidly expanding teams and operations across the world.
    • Plan, Design and Deploy a help-desk and ticket management solution to keep track, prioritize and quickly resolve user-support requests across the organization.
    • Help to hire and manage a team of system and support engineers as and when needed to assist in the management of day-to-day technology support activities and execution of the long-term strategic objectives of the Technology Operations Group.
    • Assess security, data-loss and asset-loss risks; create appropriate IT policies to curb these risks; and implement security, data loss prevention, asset tagging and other systems to mitigate or eliminate these risks.

    Lead Software Architect

    REQUIREMENTS

     

    • B.S. in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Solid foundation in computer science, with proficiencies indata structures, algorithms and software design.
    • Expertise in one of more programming, scripting and markup languages (Java, Javascript, Python, C++, HTML, CSS, Bash, C# etc), REST and RESTful services.
    • 6+ years knowledge and experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems & microservices.
    • Experience with Automation test strategy, CI/CD Pipelines, performance monitoring & testing. (Jenkins, Ansible, Azure/AWS DevOps, Azure / AWS Cloudwatch Application Insights, Prometheus et al.).
    • Experience in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Hands-on experience developing large-scale distributed systems on AWS and/or Azure; plus Kubernetes.

    Senior Data Scientist

    REQUIREMENTS

     

    • BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or other quantitative field.
    • 6+ years of experience withData Science, Quantitative Analysis, Machine Learning, deep learning and/or related fields – working with Distributed or Highly Complex Datasets.
    • Superb coding skills in one of the following languages: C++, C#, R, Java, Python, Scala in addition to Hadoop experience (MapReduce, Hive, Spark SQL), Databricks and SQL.
    • Good knowledge of Data Structures/Algorithms.
    • 6+ years hands-on experience with Big Datasets (i.e. data extraction, cleaning, modelling, analysis, interpretation, presentation) including recommending actions, and reporting results across stakeholders.
    • 4+ years experience in applying statistical techniques in a business and/or marketing context using R, Python (with packages such as pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn, tidyverse (dplyr, ggplot2, etc.)), SAS, SPSS, MATLAB. Work comfortably with large sets of data using groundbreaking tools.
    • 6+ years of experience with statistics methods, predictive modeling and algorithms for forecasting, time series, hypothesis testing, classification, clustering or regression analysis and anomaly detection.
    • 6+ years of experience of working with visualization tools such asTableau, Power BI, Excel or similar.
    • Excellent knowledge of best practices in data analysis and data science.
