    Customer Experience Agent - Online Sales Team

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    The ideal Customer Experience Agent is a detail-oriented person who has a passion for engaging customers and telling the Moko story. is a detail-oriented person who has a passion for engaging customers and telling the Moko story. They care about giving the customer the best experience, putting a smile on their face and sparks in their eyes and creating a deep and lasting connection. They are self-motivated and keen to learn on the job. They enjoy taking on a variety of tasks from running customer care programs to running market research surveys. They like to find solutions to problems and think of ideas to improve the customer’s experience and they strive to achieve the best possible outcome. 

    THE ROLE IN BRIEF

    Customer care and support

    • Receive all inbound calls and offer support to customers questions and queries
    • Coordinate with the “Dreamliner” delivery team to arrange home deliveries to customers
    • Ensure that payments are collected and logged in our system
    • Assist customers in case of queries such as replacement of the product or assistance with product guarantee
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
    • Maintain communication with customers through various channels i.e. WhatsApp, Phone calls, Messages 
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

    Moko Care

    • Manage the Moko care program by giving customers a remarkable experience worth talking about
    • Reach out to customers and leads to create deep and lasting relationships
    • Source for gift items and coordinate delivery and other logistics of the Moko Care program
    • Work with suppliers and service providers to ensure customers and leads receive gifts 
    • Meet the monthly customer reach target
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
    • Ensure customer satisfaction
    • Provide feedback to enable us to learn and improve the Moko Care program
    • Using customer insight propose new ideas on how to improve the Moko Care program

    Lead Nurturing

    • Follow up on leads to coordinate when orders can be placed and delivered
    • Keep an up to date record of leads and customers generated from online conversations and manage the inbound customer system by keeping a record of customer transactions, interactions, comments and complaints.
    • Propose new ideas about ways to engage our customers online and offline with our brand and suggest improvements about customer engagement system.
    • Meet sales targets and call handling quotas

    Support Market Research

    • Collect testimonials from customers and provide any insightful feedback to management to develop our products and our brand
    • Conduct market research and customers’ insights collections (both online and offline) through surveys or 1:1 interviews
    • Summarize data collected from market research and offer recommendations

    ARE YOU OUR DREAM CANDIDATE?

    • A preference for 1-2 years’ experience in a role with customer relations responsibilities
    • Extremely strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality
    • An enthusiastic individual with outstanding problem-solving skills to assist customers in their purchase and after-sales journey

    Supply Chain Officer

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    Moko is looking for an individual with an eye for details who is eager to cultivate good relationships with suppliers. The Supply Chain Officer will work closely with various teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing and inventory management while maintaining high standards of integrity and accountability. The ideal candidate will support organization-wide efforts in strategic sourcing and relationship building. 

    Your main responsibilities will include: 

    • Overseeing procurement of stock keeping units (SKUs) and monitoring delivery dates
    • Managing inventory levels for SKU items and ensuring optimal inventory levels at all times
    • Sourcing for suppliers, forecasting price trends and negotiating for discounts and/or better terms
    • Processing all paperwork relevant to the purchasing of goods
    • Expediting delivery of procured goods and services
    • Supporting in sourcing research for cross-functional projects
    • Generating relevant reports for purchasing analysis
    • Ensuring compliance to Procurement law/Company purchasing guidelines and systems
    • Ensuring compliance with different statutory legislation
    • Ensuring that payments are initiated for delivered goods and services which have no issues and supporting in reconciliation of purchase transactions
    • Building strong and long-term relationships with key suppliers
    • Ensuring continuous improvement to structures and systems within your area of responsibility

    Factory/Production Manager

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    You’ll tale the reins of our growing production operation.  This is a key management and leadership role which will oversee all critical production functions and advance them to the next level.  The Production Manager will also work closely with various teams to ensure timely delivery to our customers.

    THE ROLE IN BRIEF

    Production Planning

    • Work with the supply chain department to forecast and plan for present and future consumption of raw materials to ensure that materials are always available
    • Evaluate production schedules and labour requirements to plan team structure and development 
    • Develop and maintain production metrics for quality, delivery, and safety

    Team Management

    • Build strong rapport with our 150-person-strong production team through open communication; promote a positive, safe, productive and efficient work environment
    • Continually analyse, identify and set expectations to motivate team members to achieve objectives and goals
    • Manage employee training and required documentation to ensure effective training methods that are in compliance with current procedures and quality standards

    Quality Assurance

    • Ensure that goods produced by your team always meet quality standards
    • Monitor product standards at various levels of production and at the point of release so that the cost of rework is reduced

    Continuous Improvement

    • Monitor and recommend necessary changes to the layout of plant, machinery and production processes and methods for any new equipment, materials or components
    • Continuously work to improve the cost of products by optimizing raw materials, labour and utilities
    • Review and recommend appropriate measures to control and minimize waste levels
    • Review production practices and equipment; make proposals for improvements to ensure that they are maximally effective
    • Support research and development to keep our production team up to date and working with the latest technology and using the most efficient manufacturing practices

    Senior Finance Officer

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    We’re looking for a Senior Finance Officer who will ultimately be responsible to ensure that our cost and management accounting functions are running seamlessly to support the rest of the organization’s decision making. Our perfect match is just as excited about crunching numbers as they are about getting the details right and running efficient processes.

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Setting up inventory management systems that ensure good custody of the organization’s inventory
    • Conducting timely cost analyses that informs decision-making by the manufacturing and operations teams

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • You have at least 4 years’ experience in building and working with accounting systems in a fast-growing company
    • You consider yourself a pro at manufacturing accounting
    • You have held a key role in the implementation of a manufacturing accounting system, or entry-level ERP system for a mid-sized organization
    • You are an initiative-taker who is excited by troubleshooting and problem-solving
    • You are eager to take advantage of the development opportunities within a quickly-growing company
    • A CPA-K / ACCA Finalist is highly desirable
