JOB PURPOSE: Reporting to the in Charge, the Cook will be responsible for the following duties & responsibilities:-

Minimum Qualifications & Professional Attributes

• Minimum Diploma in Food and Beverage Production from a recognized institution
• At least one years experience in a busy catering establishment, a Hospital setting will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in Health and Safety in the Kitchen, including hygiene and sanitization
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct which should not be more than six months old
• Valid Food Handler Certificate

She/he will work in the front of the business taking orders, serving food & drinks, billing and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications & Professional Attributes

• Minimum Diploma in Food and Beverage Service from a recognized institution.
• At least have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a reputable institution.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Must have good knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Very meticulous, honest with high integrity and rigorous.
• Excellent hygiene and a good team player.
• Willing to learn and very flexible.
• Proficiency in computer applications
