    Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (Senior & Mid Levels)- Nairobi

    Role Overview:

    • Ensure AEMT quality through comprehensive manual and automated testing. Seniors lead test  strategy; Mid QAs execute test plans and scripts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Test Strategy & Planning: Define test scope, entry/exit criteria, and risk-based test  plans.
    • Test Case Development: Write detailed manual test cases and automated scripts  (Selenium, JUnit).
    • Test Execution & Reporting: Execute tests, log defects in JIRA, produce daily and  weekly test status reports.
    • Performance & Security Testing: Coordinate with DevOps trun load, stress, and  vulnerability tests; ensure SLAs are met.
    • Regression Automation: Build and maintain automated regression suites; integrate int CI/CD pipelines.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related.

    Experience:

    • Senior: 5+ years in software QA, including automation and performance testing.
    • Mid: 3+ years in QA roles.
    • Tools: Selenium WebDriver, TestRail, Postman, JMeter, security scanning tools.
    • Soft Skills: Meticulous attention tdetail, analytical mindset, clear reporting.

    Core Competencies:

    • Quality focus, persistence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    KPIs:

    • Test coverage (manual and automated) ≥ 85%.
    • Defect leakage rate (< 5% tproduction).

    UI/UX Designer (Senior & Mid Levels- Nairobi)

    Role Overview:

    • Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for the AEMT portal and dashboards. 
    • Seniors drive design strategy; Mid designers execute detailed screens and user tests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • User Research & Personas: Conduct interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries;  develop personas for aggregators, off-takers, and CLIENT staff.
    • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low- thigh-fidelity wireframes and interactive  prototypes in Figma or Adobe XD.
    • Visual & Interaction Design: Define style guides, component libraries, and ensure  consistency across modules.
    • Usability Testing: Plan and facilitate testing sessions; collect and analyze qualitative and  quantitative feedback; iterate designs.
    • Handoff & Collaboration: Prepare design specs, assets, and documentation; collaborate  with developers for pixel-perfect implementation.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Education: Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, HCI, or related.

    Experience:

    • Senior: 5+ years designing web applications or enterprise dashboards.
    • Mid: 3+ years in UI/UX roles.
    • Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
    • Soft Skills: Creativity, empathy, strong communication, and user advocacy.

    Core Competencies:

    • User-centered mindset, visual aesthetics, prototyping speed, and feedback incorporation.
