    Lead & drive the integrated Commercial agenda in the Franchise & Bottling system, ensuring End-to-End Integration.  Build & Develop the Commercial ABP for the Franchise, partnering together with Franchise & Bottler to build out the detailed support plans

    Prioritize the Commercial Priorities by Quarter in the Franchise Drive the right BBM model for the Franchise, ensuring the right pack architecture is in place, adapting based on market dynamics, leveraging the "on Demand Hub" to deliver impactful scenarios & solutions Be the Commercial Thought Leader and Integrator for the Franchise, act as ‘The Right Hand’ person to the Franchise GM.     KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

    Experience

    • 10+ years of leadership experience in Commercial with strong skills in Commercial and Channel Strategy, Revenue growth management, Segmentation, Route to market, Negotiation etc.
    • Proven track record of execution excellence
    • Proven strategic and analytical skills as well as outstanding interpersonal, communication and influencing abilities.
    • Desirable to have candidates with Bottling System/Franchise and/or Commercial experience.

    Deliverables

    • Lead & Implement the Commercial Strategy for the market – ABP.
    • Drive the Commercial Agenda in the Franchise/Market
    • Deliver prioritized commercial priorities by quarter & ensure the right resources are in place to have impact in the market end to end.

    Director, Channel Strategy TRADITIONAL TRADE & WHOLESALE

    REPORT TO: SENIOR DIRECTOR, CHANNEL STRATEGY & E2E

    In this role, you will design and implement transformative Traditional Trade and Wholesale channel strategies driven by deep shopper and channel insights to accelerate sustainable growth. You will set long-term strategic plans, collaborating across networks, franchises, and bottling partners to create winning execution strategies and capability development. Additionally, you’ll define execution guidelines, including the Picture of Success for quarterly platforms (4×4), develop value-added programs, and optimize market dynamics to drive revenue growth and enhance system performance.

    The role of the Traditional Grocery Channel Strategy Director for the Africa Operating Unit (AOU) is undergoing a transformation, with over 60% of its scope being redefined to include a completely new mandate: leadership of the Wholesale Channel in addition to Traditional Grocery with complexity and strategic significance. The pivot in this role is transformative because it refocuses from a channel-specific lens to a multi-channel leadership mandate, tasked with driving long-term strategies for the AOU and Top 10 markets.

    What You Will Do for Us:

    Strategic Leadership & Growth:

    Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

    • 15-18+ years relevant business experience, among which min. 3 years in a Sr. Management role

    • Proven track record in delivering System results, dealing with Bottler partners, navigate crisis, challenging turnaround performance, beating competition and developing business capabilities

    Senior Manager, Indirect Tax, EMEA

    Position Overview

    The Global Record-to-Report Operations team, within the Finance Hub, is tasked with delivering the end-to-end operational accounting process and activities, uphold quality and gain efficiencies across finance functions. 

    We are hiring for a Senior Manager, Indirect Tax, Eurasia, Middle East and Africa for the Company’s Global Indirect Tax Center of Excellence (ITX COE). This role will report to the Regional ITX Director and will lead the sub-regional ITX function to ensure adherence to indirect tax compliance & regulations across the region. 

    What You’ll Do for Us:

    • Support regional indirect tax (ITX) operations, ensuring efficient processes, technology, tools, vendor management, and compliance with regulations.
    • Lead the sub-regional ITX Center of Excellence (COE), ensuring necessary resources and effective team management.
    • Supervise ITX Consultants to meet accurate and timely reporting obligations in the region.
    • Collaborate with process teams (P2P, OTC, Intercompany) to ensure accurate tax postings in ERP (SAP).
    • Align sub-regional indirect tax processes with corporate goals and address external developments like tax digitalization.
    • Enforce ITX policies, governance frameworks, and maintain consistency in practices and documentation.
    • Identify and mitigate indirect tax risks and manage tax audits/disputes.
    • Develop and track ITX metrics/KPIs and coordinate with tax technology teams on automation and reporting tools.
    • Act as a regional liaison, fostering collaboration among local stakeholders and the global COE team to implement tax initiatives and monitor regulatory changes

    Qualifications & Requirements: 

    • Master’s degree in finance/accounting or tax law required; professional tax certification preferred.
    • 5-10 years of indirect tax compliance in a multinational company.
    • Strong knowledge of regional Indirect Tax Regulations; SAP and e-invoicing experience a plus.
    • Proven experience in change projects with a focus on operational excellence.
    • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
    • Solution-oriented, process improvement mindset with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
    • Strong business acumen, financial expertise, English fluency, global perspective, and collaboration skills.
