    Production Operator – Assembly

    Duties Related to the respective

    Key Results Areas

    • Competently perform machine operation functions.
    • Test the machine before main work begins to be sure that it’s in good condition for production
    • Competently Perform daily equipment autonomous maintenance activities: Daily cleaning, checking, lubricating and tightening to prevent deterioration. Record the results of daily inspections in the provided machine check sheets.
    • Account for your Shift production by ensuring that all products are weighed and properly recorded. During local/fine points production,45k or 75% of the machine’s target should be packed.
    • Timely/real time updating of the PDS (Production data sheet) to ensure accurate capturing of all downtimes, scrap and production.
    • Monitor machines during production to ensure optimum running
    • Periodic inspections or equipment diagnosis to measure deterioration
    • Load Components into the Machine Hoppers as required
    • Promptly report to the process optimizer/technician in case of any Machine malfunction and raise a works order request.
    • Strictly adhere to the laid down safe working procedures while carrying out your Responsibilities-Remember ‘Safety First ‘in whatever you do
    • Assist in performing color changeovers
    • Ensure that allocated machine is producing quality products by managing periodic checks on output
    • No mix-up of Components during production runs-Use the right components without fail.
    • Promptly liaise with the Process Optimizer/Q.C Inspector in case of any off-spec component and ensure an internal customer complaints form is raised.
    • Avoid generation of waste by doing right things first time and segregating accordingly.
    • Any unavoidable waste generated should be segregated, booked in the PDS and put in the respective crates.
    • Use all the safety gears/PPEs provided as required. with all OHS/EHS stipulated rules/Regulations
    • Attend and participate in daily safety briefings
    • Adhere to Good Housekeeping and defined 5S practices always.
    • Follow stipulated work procedures and SOPS.
    • Promptly report any hazard to the shift process optimizer.
    • Conduct smooth and meaningful hand over to the incoming machine operator—to be done at the workstation.
    • Update all the relevant documents e.g. PDS sheets & machine check sheets.
    • Promptly report any issues to the Process Optimizer

    • Other related duties as may be assigned to you from time to time

    • Adherence to production levels

    • Ensuring Compliance i.e. HSE policies and procedures & SOPS.

    Requirements

    • Minimum KCSE D+ and a certificate in Engineering or production related field
    • Diploma in any production related filed is an added advantage
    • 3 years’ experience as an operator
    • should possess a technical diploma qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical disciplines to meet the requirements of the role.
    • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
    • Strict adherence to company standards and safety procedures
    • A depth understanding of business process and principles
    • Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
    • Excellent physical condition and coordination

    Property Operations Manager

    • The Property Manager is responsible for leading the acquisition of new buildings and properties, managing strong relationships with landlords, and ensuring excellent tenant management. This role focuses on expanding the company’s property portfolio, maintaining high standards of service, and strengthening relationships that support business growth and retention. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multiple properties and ensuring excellence across all aspects of landlord and tenant engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Landlord Management & Property Acquisition
    • Source and onboard new property listings aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective landlords.
    • Quarterly check in with the landlord (occupancy based) to provide updates.
    • Address and resolve landlord concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Negotiate property acquisition terms and renewals of current listings.
    • Ensure legal documentation and agreements are complete and properly filed.
    • Lease renewal.
    • Property Operations & Maintenance
    • Oversee property inspections, maintenance schedules, and repairs.
    • Ensure all units meet company standards before handover to tenants or landlords.
    • Manage vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure quality and timely work.
    • Work with landlord to address major repairs and maintenance issues
    • Issue yearly financial report to landlords indicating rent payment details:
    • Rent we issued to all landlords in all buildings
    • Rent we have received from long term tenants
    • Team Coordination
    • Support collaboration across departments to improve service delivery.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and provide operational updates to management.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on occupancy, maintenance, and financial performance.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property or facilities management.
    • Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and property compliance standards.
    • Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple properties simultaneously.
    • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office Suite.
