    Distributor Sales Reps

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate sales leads for outboard engines by searching for potential customers, clients, and buyers through effective prospecting tactics. 
    • Identify and recruit Stockists and constantly work with them to grow outboard engine and spare parts sales. 
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule by successfully employing effective sales and marketing tactics 
    • Build constructive customer relationships with key stakeholders – Fishermen, boat builders, spare parts sellers, and boat owners and actively seek new ways of partnering to build pipelines and close deals. 
    • Gather market intelligence and communicate the same to management so as enhance business performance. 
    • Coordinate sales efforts with branches to maximize customer interest and sales levels. 
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports. 

    Key Qualifications.

    • Must be based in Kisumu and in Mombasa
    • Diploma in Sales & Marketing. 
    • Proven working experience in sales (minimum 3 years) with a demonstrable and successful sales track record and especially door-door. 
    • Relevant industry background/experience (water-borne transport e.g. motor boats, etc.) an added advantage. – VERY IMPORTANT
    • An ability to build relationships with people at all levels. 
    • Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations. 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers.

    Sales Person

    Key Responsibilities

    • Servicing clients with office equipment including Laser Toners, Photocopiers, and other office supplies
    • Ensure prompt sales and optimum coverage of stocks to the assigned market segment. 
    • Ensure prompt reconciliation of stocks on a daily basis 
    • Ensure all our products are sold to retailers at the recommended prices. 
    • Develop trade execution strategies for products to ensure the achievement of new business and retention targets.
    • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
    • Prepare regular reports on actual and prospective sales
    • Maintain positive customer relations through phone contact and customer visits

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Diploma in Business Related Field. 
    • At least 1-2year experience in a similar role
    • Certificate in Sales and Marketing, Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
    • Good negotiation skills. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (articulate) coupled with good listening skills.

    Client Relationship Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
    • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships 
    • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
    • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
    • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
    • Meet and exceed your set revenue and product target by developing relationships with targeted customers. 
    • Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
    • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs

    • Create a long term and short-term strategy to HOD in conveyance of how you can show the capability to meet and exceed set target

    • Attend all training on existing or new services offered by the organization

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a Sales and/or Marketing related field
    • 4-5 years relevant working experience in Account management three of which should be at the senior level preferably in an ICT environment
    • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications or its equivalent exam MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Sophos Sales, Bitdefender Sales, Parallels RAS Sales Managed IT Sales, Standard Operating Procedures
    • Experience or qualification in ICT-related an added advantage.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
    • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
    • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Proven Solution Selling or Consultative account development skills with high levels of documentation
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Learn fast with regard to new systems and solutions
