    Sales Executive

    As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling the company's products and services to the individuals, businesses, and government organizations. As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.

    Key Skills & Qualifications:

    • Excellent Organizing and prioritizing skills required.
    • Must be extremely detailoriented, attention to accuracy.
    • Confidentiality & good judgment.
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required Information management skills.
    • Ability to work well independently, and as part of a team.
    • Ability to multitask, Problemsolving skills.
    • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft.

    Key Competencies

    • Oversee the entire sales process from initiation to closing, including product presentation, sales closure, and aftersales services.
    • Identify potential customers, provide quotations, and follow up to secure new business.
    • Monitor and review sales performance against targets, providing daily and weekly progress reports.
    • Ensure timely customer payments, update cashier records, and process orders accordingly.
    • Identify prospects, analyze industry trends, and explore sales opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering support, guidance, and personalized service. Maintain clear communication through various channels (website, social media, emails, calls, and SMS) while addressing queries and providing updates on offers and promotions.
    • Maintain an organized database of leads, clients, and conversion rates to track sales performance.
    • Present products, walk customers through the showroom, negotiate deals, and handle objections or complaints.
    • Conduct market research, collect competitive insights (eg, pricing trends), and recommend strategies for business growth.

    Telesales

    The Telesales Representative drives sales and delivers exceptional customer service. You will proactively make outbound calls and manage inbound calls to convert prospects into customers and foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. The role will focus on achieving sales targets and providing a customer-centric approach to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
