    IT Specialist

    Job Description:

    • Maintain and support point of sale and back-office systems
    • Support new store openings, functionality enhancements and upgrades
    • Configure and maintain computers, POS peripherals, handheld terminals and networking equipment in retail stores
    • Provide first level support to customers’ requests
    • Perform diagnostics of customer issues
    • Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting over the phone with customer contacts
    • Refer customer issues to upper-level support when necessary
    • On-site diagnose, repair and upgrade hardware or software as necessary
    • Ensure accurate documentation of all calls handled
    • Perform follow-up call-backs with customers
    • Keep up-to-date on all Service Desk processes and troubleshooting procedures


    • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 years of helpdesk support experience is a must; support experience in POS systems will be a plus

    Professional Know-How:

    • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
    • Preferably MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) certified
    • Strong knowledge of Windows server/client operating systems, PC hardware and local area networking
    • Minimum entry-level knowledge of SQL Server

    Specific Competencies:

    • Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
    • Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously
    • Able to travel frequently locally and abroad
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Team player and strong in communication

    E-Commerce Supervisor

    The Role

    Job Description:

    • Developing campaign ideas and presenting to the management                        
    • Analyzing the efficiency of campaigns, examining competitors, and managing the development of new ideas, campaigns.                          
    • Following up special days closely and managing the process of content & campaign development, analyzing the efficiency based on the results                            
    • Analyzing the efficiency of digital investments and presenting an action plan                          
    • Taking an active role in marketing budget preparation with improving targets                     
    • Active control of all the invoices                          
    • Checking the profit/loss table of the department regularly and taking productive cautions
    • Managing actively the process with customer relations, operation support services, logistics, and transportation activities                           
    • In order to ensure customer satisfaction and a good level of customer experience, controlling that the customers are able to reach and receive the fastest solution          
    • Feeding expansion team on SLA's cost optimization with service providers to meet customer needs by the targets determined according to cost-benefit analysis      
    • Making active benchmark analysis and producing new ideas&projects together with their reasons and benefits to be shared with the management in consideration of their order of priority
    • To inform the management about the new developments by following up the sector and technology closely                             
    • To understand customer behavior and to develop actions based on this, tracking the website traffic and making analysis of consumer behavior and their feedbacks and sharing the results

     General Qualifications

    • University graduate (preferably business/economics/marketing or engineering)
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager, preferable in retail and e-commerce
    • Has assumed responsibility for profit/loss in previous positions
    • Familiar with Web technologies
    • Analytics tools, design processes, and tools dominate digital marketing tools
