    Senior Planning Manager - East Africa (Maternity Cover)

    Your responsibilities

    • Effectively plan operations across all local sourcing sites to ensure production requirements are met to maintain optimum customer service levels.
    • Inventory management- ensuring inventory is kept to minimum levels.
    • Ensure zero Out of Stock / Distress
    • Ensure that the Supply Plan is executed as planned.
    • Ensure compliance & contribute to upkeep and improvement of Health, Safety & Environmental corporate policy/procedures & applicable legal requirements.
    • Deliver EMO PFR and OTD targets.
    • SLA setup with all EMOs and KPI's managed within terms of the agreement. KPIs to be in place for all EMOs, reviewed and published every month.
    • Ensure strict adherence with Quality Management System(s)
    • Any other task assigned by Top Management.

    The experience we're looking for

    • Strategic Planning & Monitoring ability
    • Stakeholder management: ability to build and maintain external/internal Customer relationships.
    • Expertise in MRP and MP
    • Display sound judgement in difficult circumstances.
    • Able to drive continuous improvement at all organizational levels.
    • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels with internal & external stakeholders and suppliers.
    • Ability and confidence to challenge, question, influence and negotiate.
    • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
    • Advanced in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Must be highly analytical.

    Key Accounts Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Develop robust, strategic relationships with key partners, crafting joint business plans that encompass range, pricing, and promotions.
    • Take full ownership of the strategic plan for your account, driving sales and managing the profit and loss elements, aligning with the broader company goals.
    • Partner with marketing and category teams to innovate shopper solutions and drive excellence in market execution.

    • Genuine passion for customer service, with the ability to build trusting, collaborative, and mutually beneficial relationships.

    Assistant Activation Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Gather and interpret data to unveil insights that will inform strategic business decisions.
    • Collaborate on market research and consumer behaviour projects to reveal trends that dictate our industry.
    • To partake in the development of a clear vision for Reckitt brands in Uganda and Tanzania in line with regional and global strategic imperatives.    
    • Support in the delivery of portfolio P&L
    • Monitor and get regular Market Share trends analysis
    • Support in the development and implementation of the annual business plan, monitor performance and competitor activity and recommend adjustments to the marketing mix
    • Execute initiatives (BDIs) and building blocks
    • Support in building & maintaining a calendar of brand activations events.
    • Support in analysing previous campaigns.
    • Support in educating the consumer about the products through brand activations.
    • Execute building blocks on annual basis in alignment with trade team  
    • To co-ordinate the sales and TM team in execution of BDIs
    • Aligns plans & executional timelines and track progress
    • Lead in digital execution of Reckitt brands    
    • Coordinate the digital plans and manage execution and achievement of set KPIs

    The experience we're looking for

    • Planning and Monitoring ability: leads in the development of portfolio strategy.
    • Proactively collect and analyse relevant data and, where necessary, seek new data sources to identify opportunities for corrective action and growth.
    • Consumer/customer orientation: Effective in finding mutual long- & short-term gains among diverse stakeholder interests whenever possible.
    • Teamwork with good interpersonal communications: Ability to effectively work with the cross functional teams to deliver on set KPIs
    • At least 3 years of marketing experience, and must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills developed within the FMCG environment
    • Exposure to data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI is desirable.
    • Keen attention to detail, coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
