    Sales Operations & Master Data Lead

    Your Role

    Sales Operations:

    • Bridge Front Office (bFO) entity lead for East Africa.
    • Manage, publish, and build/improve the process to support the weekly sales forecast and participate in forecast calls.
    • Conduct on-boarding and train new sales talent on bFO.
    • Empower sales teams and supporting functions with digital tools e.g. dashboards and reports, list views, bFO Mobile among others to ensure teams have optimal access to accurate customer and opportunity information on demand.
    • Responsible for sales performance determination and reporting and quarterly incentive program (SIP).
    • Assess gaps and drive improvements of sales processes, policies, and train sales communities on best practices to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force.
    • Support in preparation of Business Review presentations.
    •  Support organization strategy with data insights and drive adoption of digital/data mindset in the sales organization.
    • Collaborate with country, cluster and regional stakeholders from different lines of business on cross-functional initiatives/projects.
    • Monitor publish and drive compliance of bFO Index data quality KPIs.
    • Animate country solution opportunity committees (SOC) and support sales teams in preparation for cluster SOCs.

    Master Data Management:

    • Managing, including leading projects related to ERP optimizations including BI tools.
    • Creating BI dashboards and reports for internal use as per requirements from the business units.
    • Preparing reports for internal clients, creating documentation adjusting information.
    • Active interaction with representatives of business units of the company, providing information on the requests of managers, business function leaders, commercial representatives.

    BFO Delegated Admin Role:

    • Provide 2nd level of support to End Users and Champions & other Technical support.
    • Attend to the Global DA monthly calls (Mandatory).
    • Ensure attendance to global communication: NoE Monthly Conference calls, Training webinars, etc.
    • Follow posts on the Yammer groups for bFO DAs, Report Writers, and additional groups (e.g. Sales Lightning, bFS DA or business-related Yammer groups).
    • Follow regularly (and as his own initiative) any updates on the training materials provided in the DA box folder.
    • Ensure NoE processes are respected and used (IDEAS, End User Support, etc.).
    • Meet End User Support SLA and SSA.
    • Ensure End Users Support tickets are always up to date.
    • Work with the Global solution team, premier support, and data team.
    • Support on technical questions by email or Yammer and routing to the next level if necessary.
    • First level of analysis on integrations/connectors incidents.
    • Assist the champions in system and business administrator needs (e.g. Lightning projects).
    • Manage the roles i.e. update, deactivate, add roles as required.
    • Follow and respect Global Rules related to authorization, profiles assignments, security, etc.
    • Reassigning the owners of the objects on organization changes or leaves.
    • Mass changes on objects following and respecting Global rules, especially on DUT, Merge & Process.
    • Creating and maintaining local common reports and dashboards.
    • Transform business users reporting needs into reports and dashboards.
    • Administrative support on specific projects (e.g. Lightning transformation).

    Qualifications 

    Requirements:

    • Access software knowledge (pivot file).
    • CRM experience is a plus.
    • Technology friendly (Network, Windows ...).
    • Schneider Electric Legacy system knowledge is a plus.
    • Schneider Electric Business (customer, salesforce) knowledge is a plus.
    • Organizational Skills, analytical and synthesis mind.
    • Well organized and attentive to detail.
    • Good written English communication skills (international context).
    • Team spirit i.e. Ability to work in teams.
    • Execution minded while working with incidents and requests.
    • Solution-oriented and Creative transforming user need into available bFO data.
    • Rigorous user management.
    • Customer service orientation.
    • Interested in learning and trying out new technical functionalities and apps.
    • Feel comfortable asking for additional help if needed.

    Data Centre Project Manager

    An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Data Center Project Manager. This position is accountable for managing Customer project orders, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within the approved budget.

    This includes initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing customer projects. The individual in this position shall confirm and coordinate customer’s requirements, which includes drawings, specifications, job site requirements, bill of material alignment with specifications & clarify exceptions.

    Work with the Execution Center Leader and Regional Operations Manager on support requirements and planning. Manages complete job process from order preparation, through site management of client’s site.

    Your Role 

    • Reporting to Execution Center Leader, work with Regional Application Manager and Regional Solutions Architect on technical elements.
    • Takes ownership for validating the projects, including both technical and commercial elements, becomes lead contact for the customer for the balance of project order. (Project Initiation)
    • Develop a project schedule and communicate with the customer on-site to ensure expectations are being met. Direct engagement with third-party vendors. (Project Planning)
    • Monitor the execution of the customer’s project order, verifying execution of the project through kick-off meetings, communication to all parties and exchange of technical requirements and project plan information, the performance of factory acceptance, site acceptance, site energization preparation. (Project Execution)
    • Lead the monitor and control of the performance of the customer’s project through its lifecycle. Key activities include task completion verification, project team monitoring, managing the exchange of project updates across the project team members, schedule reporting, issue resolution, scope change, variation claim and contract administration. (Monitor and Control Project Work)
    • Lead the closeout of the customer’s project to include financial reconciliation, verification of job site equipment arrival, installation, start-up, and training support completion through review of internal system information, contact with the customer and training functions. (Project Close)
    • Solves problems on-site with customer interaction that results in positive feedback and improved relationship.
    • Utilizes a base knowledge of Schneider Electric products and their use and demonstrates an understanding of the fundamental knowledge, processes and terminology needed for effective project management.
    • Manage, control, and supervise site activities, including preparation of method of statement, site risk assessment, liaise with customer’s safety personnel and provide guidance and instruction to the vendor for installation, testing and commissioning.

    Qualifications 

    What qualifications will make you successful?

    • Degree in Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
    • Min 5 years’ experience in project management roles for Data Center
    • Min 2 Years’ experience in Site Management of Data Center Projects
    • Strong Technical Experience in Data Center Equipment
    • Working experience with Data Center BMS environment.
    • SAP Project Module Experience
    • Proactive, self-starter and a team player.
    • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
