    E-Commerce & Operations Associate

    • Our client, a well-established luxury fashion brand known for its classic designs, exquisite raw materials, superior craftsmanship, and exceptional attention to detail, backed up by an unparalleled customer experience, is seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy E-Commerce & Operations Associate.
    • This role is ideal for a meticulous planner who thrives in managing the back end of online sales, from product uploads to order fulfilment, alongside meticulous paperwork and shipping, while supporting brand growth across digital platforms.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and coordinate product photography, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned visuals. Upload and manage product listings on the website, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
    • Maintain and update the e-commerce website, ensuring smooth functionality and a user-friendly experience and oversee order processing, shipping, and client communication to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
    • Use Mailchimp to create and send email marketing campaigns twice a week, including segmenting, scheduling, and tracking performance.
    • Manage social media content and campaigns across key platforms and ensure social media engagement and growth. Design simple marketing tools and social media graphics using Canva and be conversant with online shopping stores.
    • Monitor stock levels, update product availability, and report on online sales performance and provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day backend operations.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales/digital marketing
    • Proficient with website content management systems (CMS). Basic HTML knowledge is an advantage
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills
    • Comfortable handling logistics, inventory, and fulfilment processes
    • Familiar with social media platforms and their business applications, such as Instagram and Facebook
    • A problem-solver with a proactive mindset and excellent customer service skills

    Sales Executive (Hospitality Software)

    • With a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the technology or hospitality industries. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key relationships, and drive revenue growth by promoting innovative solutions to hospitality clients.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve business goals within assigned regions or markets in the hospitality sector.
    • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
    • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders within the hospitality industry.

    Requirements:

    • Familiarity with cloud-based technology platforms and SaaS sales models.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building a robust client portfolio.
    • Experience managing a sales team.
    • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality sector, including an understanding of hotel operations and the technology landscape
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
