What You’ll Do:

• You’ll be responsible for cutting, gluing, and welding PVC/HDPE components, reading isometric drawings, executing GRP lamination, and ensuring site fabrication is delivered to spec and on time. This role requires both technical craftsmanship and a strong understanding of safety procedures and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Fabricating and assembling PVC pipes and fittings to precise specifications
• Interpreting technical drawings and performing GRP lamination work
• Conducting on-site joint fabrication and welding
• Adhering to strict HSE standards throughout all processes

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone with:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in plastic pipe/fitting fabrication
• Solid knowledge of GRP pipework, welding, and diamond cutting tools
• Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and execute technical tasks with accuracy

• Install and align moulds/tools according to production requirements
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
• Respond to fault reports and provide effective technical solutions
• Maintain accurate logs and follow all safety protocols
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth machine functionality

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Industrial Trade Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a process or manufacturing plant
• Strong ability to read manuals and technical drawings
• Experience with moulds, dies, or extruders is an added advantage
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and attention to detail
