    Senior Procurement Officer-Construction

    The Senior Procurement Officer- Construction will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and procuring construction-related goods, works, and services in line with company policies and industry best practices. This role requires close collaboration with the Construction & Delivery Team to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services that support project delivery, cost efficiency, compliance, and sustainability.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Procurement

    • Lead end-to-end procurement for construction projects, including tendering, evaluation, negotiation, award, and contract management.
    • Develop and maintain construction procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
    • Drive value for money, supplier innovation, and sustainable sourcing in the construction supply chain.

    Operational Procurement

    • Manage the procurement of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, MEP supplies, etc.), equipment, and subcontractor services.
    • Prepare RFQs, RFPs, ITTs, and contract documentation specific to construction requirements.
    • Ensure timely delivery of construction inputs to avoid project delays.
    • Support project teams in resolving procurement-related issues on-site.

    Supplier & Contract Management

    • Source, prequalify, and manage construction vendors and subcontractors.
    • Negotiate competitive prices, favorable terms, and risk-mitigating contract clauses.
    • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, site inspections, and audits.
    • Manage claims, variations, and contract closeouts in collaboration with the Construction and Legal teams.

    Governance & Compliance

    • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
    • Implement transparent, ethical, and auditable procurement processes.
    • Track savings, cost avoidance, and supplier compliance for reporting to the Group Head of Procurement.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
    • Professional certification (CIPS, CPSP, KISM or equivalent) preferred.
    • Minimum of 6–8 years progressive procurement experience, at least 3 years in construction procurement.
    • Strong knowledge of construction materials, contract management (FIDIC preferred), and supply chain processes.
    • Proven experience in negotiating and managing large construction contracts.

    Store Keeper

    The Storekeeper will be responsible for the day-to-day management of inventory at assigned stores, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely issuance, proper storage, and compliance with company policies. The role supports operational efficiency across coffee farms, construction, marketing, and general administration by maintaining stock accuracy and safe custody of materials.

    Key Responsibilities

    Stock Handling & Documentation

    • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against delivery notes and purchase orders.
    • Record all receipts, issues, and stock balances in stock registers/ERP system.
    • Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRNs), issue vouchers, and maintain filing for audit purposes.
    • Ensure accurate labeling and proper storage of all items.

    Inventory Control

    • Maintain optimal stock levels and notify Stores Manager of replenishment needs.
    • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and report variances immediately.
    • Apply FIFO/FEFO principles in issuing materials (especially coffee inputs and perishables).
    • Monitor shelf life, expiries, and condition of stock to prevent wastage.

    Operational Support

    • Ensure timely issuance of items to requesting departments (farm, construction, marketing, admin).
    • Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of critical inputs.
    • Track usage and provide consumption data for reporting and cost control.
    • Assist in logistics of moving stock between central and field stores.

    Governance & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
    • Maintain safe, clean, and secure storage facilities.
    • Adhere to occupational health, safety, and environmental (EHS) standards.
    • Support transparent and auditable stock management practices.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or certificate in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2–3 years of experience in stores or inventory management, preferably in agriculture, construction, or FMCG.
    • Knowledge of inventory systems and ERP software is an advantage.
    • Basic knowledge of stock control principles and warehousing practices.

    Business Analyst

    We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Quality and Analytics team. In this role, you’ll help curate data-driven stories that provide insights and analysis into our Contact Centre operations, with the goal of driving meaningful change in both the agent and customer experience. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, create mock-ups, and communicate project timelines and updates clearly.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support the operational needs of the Contact Center and increase insights into customer interactions.
    • Curate new data products that package Call Center performance information into easily readable and understandable formats.
    • Propagate techniques for answering basic report questions and conveying data definitions.
    • Use statistical analyses and mathematical models to derive insights about Call Center operations.
    • Maintain solutions for data governance and documentation.
    • Partner with other departments to build holistic cross functional dashboards for executives.
    • Use data to analyze Call Center performance, identify trends, and provide feedback to Managers and Trainers while improving SLAs and CSAT.
    • Meet with Managers to identify their analytical needs for growing their departments.
    • Create tickets and report/dashboard mock-ups for new reporting functionality based on stakeholder requirements.
    • Act as liaison between stakeholders and cross-functional support teams for data issues
    • Monitor industry trends to watch for new functionality and best practices that can be introduced to improve productivity.
    • Report on current performance trends to Management and Executives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics or related field.
    • 1+ years experience with Data Analytics
    • Proficiency in Power BI including creating dashboards and data connections
    • Prior experience and in depth understanding of omni-channel contact centers
    • Create data driven presentations for executives on short notice
    • Adept at handling multiple simultaneous projects
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for analytical thinking
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting priorities
    • Must be proactive, self-motivated, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively

    Receptionist

    Key Responsibilities

    • Visitor & Guest Experience - Ensure that all visitors, clients, and guests are warmly welcomed, promptly assisted, and comfortably hosted, including the provision of refreshments and appropriate guidance to the right offices or personnel.
    • Communication & Call Handling- Manage all incoming calls professionally by answering within set timelines, redirecting inquiries to the right departments, and accurately relaying messages to support seamless communication.

    Requirements

    Skills and Experience

    • Bachelors in Business Administration
    • At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position in a fast- paced environment
    • Must have experience in providing support across admin, transport and logistics
    • Strong organizational abilities – able to manage multiple tasks, appointments, and priorities efficiently.
    • Proficient in office software – comfortable using email, calendars, spreadsheets, and phone systems.
    • Attention to detail – ensures accuracy in reporting, scheduling, and documentation
