    Service Quality Specialist

    The Job

    The Service Quality Specialist is responsible for coordinating and overseeing quality assurance for all health offers on the platform accessed by clients and provided by all Tiko providers. Day to day you'll also be: 

    1. Managing and working with a diverse set of partners that offer services on our platform to ensure that they all meet our required standards.
    2. Devising, logging, and implementing Service and Quality Level Agreements across the globe, and flagging any instances where the agreements are not met.
    3. Carrying out quality assurance by setting clear requirements and procedures for partners that will allow us to evaluate the quality of services provided.  
    4. Training colleagues around the world to spot and escalate any issues that have to do with a lack of quality in the services offered.
    5. Make use of data and feedback to assess possible quality improvements to the offers on our platform.

    About You

    You are a customer-centric, passionate person, who is detail orientated and quality-focused. You have brilliant communication skills and have the ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders.

    Requirements

    1. You are based in Kenya.
    2. Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a quality improvement role.
    3. You have In-depth knowledge of modern Quality Management Systems and Processes.
    4. Experience working in the health services sector.
    5. Exposure to implementing health quality improvement audits.
    6. Confident and clear English communication skills - both written and verbal.

    Programme Lead

    The Job

    The Programme Lead coordinates and oversees the implementation of the donor-funded projects assigned to them, making sure we implement effectively, meet results, comply with requirements and optimize communication and reporting to our donors. You’ll also be responsible for:

    1. Overseeing the operational execution of the projects assigned to you, to ensure implementation aligns with donor requirements, and meets the goals and objectives on time and in full.
    2. Monitoring grants to ensure that we comply with donor regulations and that all relevant documentation is in place and periodically reviewed.
    3. Assisting in proposal development/writing as needed.
    4. Maintain relationships with donors and partners involved in the projects in your area.
    5. Identifying compliance risks in your portfolio and advise and support others in the organization when actions need to be taken.
    6. Training of stakeholders in the particulars of your projects.

    About You

    1. You’re a confident individual, with great interpersonal skills, enjoy working across multiple teams, and have an ability to bring people together, and represent Triggerise in front of donors and at public events. Please note that for  this position it is required that you can speak French at a conversational level, as well as write in French
    2. You have previous experience as a Programme Lead or relevant position.
    3. You have experience with and understand how to best maintain relationships with donors and Partners for projects within your area.
    4. You have report writing, project management, research, documentation and presentation skills.

    Budgeting & Reporting Specialist

    The Job

    The Budgeting & Reporting Specialist is responsible for the financial budgeting, monitoring and reporting of the departmental budgets.

    Responsibilities:

    1. You lead on the budgeting for the annual operating budget. You support budget holders in developing, monitoring, and reviewing their budgets. You work with the Grants & Compliance team to monitor that grants budgets are accurately translated to departmental budgets.
    2. You lead the financial monitoring of the AOB, which includes supporting spending plans to ensure timely budget utilization. You prepare and facilitate budget variance analysis for the budget owners. 
    3. You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and other checks and balances to monitor accuracy and completeness of diverse, global, Triggerise accounts in collaboration with the rest of the Finance department. You are responsible for revenue recognition across entities.
    4. You design and set up a process that facilitates the budget holders to steer on their budgets effectively. You assist in the automation of these processes to ensure manual room for error is reduced to a minimum and budgeting is easily scalable. If needed, you train others on how to use these tools and processes. 
    5. You ensure compliance with the accounting and fiscal laws, as well as Triggerise and donor regulations in your work. You actively review local and global statutory audits, making sure recommendations are followed up and audit findings are closed.

    Controller Team Lead

    The Job

    The controllers are responsible for the timely, accurate and complete Triggerise consolidation. The controller sets up and executes a number of reports and checks and balances to monitor the accuracy and completeness of the local books of accounts. In addition to this, the controller manages the day-to-day work of the team assigned to them. 

    Responsibilities:

    1. You coordinate the work that your team needs to do. You are actively involved in cross-team projects and ensure that the work of your team meets the required standards.  
    2. You make sure the month and year-end closings in all Triggerise entities are done in conformity with the SOP’s. You are executing the checks and balances in conformity with internal controls, policies and procedures to make sure the consolidated financial statements of Triggerise are reliable.
    3. You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and other checks and balances to monitor accuracy and completeness of the local books of accounts.assigned to you.
    4. You maintain, develop and monitor Triggerise’s Annual Operating Budget for cost coverage purposes and review budgets. You also prepare monthly and quarterly projections / forecasts and submit for approval. 
    5. You ensure compliance with the accounting and fiscal laws, as well as Triggerise and donor regulations in your work. You are responsible for the filing and safekeeping of consolidated finance records. You actively review local and global statutory audits, making sure recommendations are followed up and audit findings are closed.
    6. You are taking care of the global payroll process, bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation and global salary allocations to donor budgets.

    1. 5+ years in a controller role - NGO/NPO experience is advantageous

    6. You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.

    MERL Director

    The Job

    The MERL Director supervises the MERL team as well as working with other multi-functional teams and Stakeholders, in order to systematically generate, synthesize, share and apply insights to maximize the impact of our work and enable us to achieve our strategic priorities and objectives. You will also be responsible for: 

    1. Setting the strategy for Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning.

    You’re an expert in the field of M&E and have a history of thought, leadership and publication in this space.  You are able to direct and supervise all of our activities across the MERL realm.

    Requirements

    1. 10+years of experience working in a similar role within the M&E and MERL field.
    2. You are Tech Savvy, and have an inquisitive nature, with a proven track record of managing individuals and teams.
    3. You have a background in statistics, quantitative research and data modelling and the systems used for this, and have your experience demonstrates this.
