    Senior Consultant, Strategy, Program Management & Organizational Development Lead

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of strategic planning, program management, and organizational development assignments.
    • Support the development, implementation and evaluation of leadership development programs such as Beyond Your Edge™, coordinating logistics, program components, and stakeholder reporting.
    • Prepare and manage project work plans, performance tracking systems, and data management tools.
    • Drive business development efforts, including opportunity scoping, client engagement, and proposal development.
    • Lead client engagements in grant writing, program documentation, and reporting.
    • Deliver high-quality reports, memos, and analysis aligned with donor or institutional priorities.
    • Support partnerships, proposal development, and stakeholder consultations as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Development Studies, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, program management, or organizational development.
    • Demonstrated experience working with international development organizations, philanthropic entities, or government institutions.
    • Excellent writing, facilitation, and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital collaboration tools, and project management software.
    • Fluency in English and Swahili; French is an added advantage

    Executive Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Under the supervision of the Managing Director the incumbent will be responsible for the following duties;
    • General Administration
    • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office;
    • Schedule meetings and manage information flow to partners seeking information about the organization;
    • Carry out administrative duties including minute taking, filing, budgeting;
    • Organizing and ensuring the Director is well prepared for meetings.
    • Assigning and scheduling administrative assignments and expediting administrative process;
    • Make travel arrangements for staff – this includes travel, visas and accommodation as necessary.;
    • Manage information flow and draft routine personalized correspondences;
    • Compile office expenses and prepare monthly or quarterly reports.
    • Contract administration
    • Assist in day-to-day administration of contracts between the client, and consultants and vendors;
    • Processes the invoice payments of contractors and consultants;
    • Oversee any other clerical assignments
    • Human Resource
    • Review and retire cash -related claims and reports;
    • Provide advice and guidance to staff with respect to administrative procedures, processes and practices, liaising with the leadership team as necessary;

    Academic Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree in secretarial studies or other course that gives one qualifications of a certified administrative professional;
    • Training in IT and computer technology;
    • At least three years (3) years as an administrative assistant in a high paced, multi-cultural institution.
    • Training on formal communication and writing will be an added advantage;
