Applicants must have:

• At least a second-class upper Division Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited and recognized University and a Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Sustainable Urban Design, Urban and Regional Planning or any other cognate discipline.
• Be registered/ registrable by relevant regulatory and or professional bodies.
• Be registrable to a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Architecture or cognate disciplines.
• At least 2 publications / papers in referee journals or two years of work experience in the built environment
