    Floor Supervisor

    The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and experienced in managing fast-paced operational environments. They must possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive performance and uphold quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate all floor operations, including production, packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment.
    • Plan daily workloads and allocate duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
    • Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately, packaged attractively, and dispatched on time.
    • Maintain high standards of product presentation, quality, and consistency.
    • Monitor and manage floor staff attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies.
    • Conduct daily and weekly briefings to communicate work plans, priorities, and updates to the team.
    • Maintain proper organization, cleanliness, and safety of the production floor.
    • Liaise with procurement and inventory teams to ensure adequate stock of packaging materials and supplies.
    • Track stock movement and assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliations.
    • Support HR in staff supervision, onboarding, training, and disciplinary management.
    • Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and health and safety guidelines.
    • Address any operational bottlenecks or process inefficiencies promptly.
    •  Monitor workflow to identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements.
    • Foster teamwork, motivation, and accountability among the floor staff.
    • Collaborate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
    • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly floor performance reports with management.
    • Maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus in all activities.
    • Support company projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational excellence.

    Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory or floor management role, preferably in retail, gifting, or production environments.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or inventory systems is an added advantage.
    • Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
    • High attention to detail, accountability, and a problem-solving mindset.
    • Must be flexible, reliable, and able to work in a dynamic team environment.

    Inventory Analyst

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inventory Monitoring & Control
    • Maintain accurate inventory levels across stores, warehouses, and e-commerce channels, ensuring availability aligns with demand.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Analyze stock movement, trends, and variances to identify opportunities for improving inventory accuracy and efficiency. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
    • Stock Reconciliation
    • Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
    • Demand Forecasting Support
    • Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand, plan replenishment schedules, and minimize stockouts or overstocking.
    • Inventory Optimization
    • Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory, recommending actionable strategies to improve turnover and reduce holding costs.
    • System & Data Management
    • Ensure accurate SKU creation, product categorization, pricing, and record updates within inventory management systems (ERP/POS).
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate with store, warehouse, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth product flow and accurate inventory valuation.
    • Process Improvement
    • Participate in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures, process enhancements, and system updates to improve operational efficiency.
    • Supplier & Delivery Coordination
    • Track inbound and outbound stock movements, verifying timely deliveries and accurate documentation.
    • Compliance & SOP Adherence
    • Ensure all inventory activities comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and operational guidelines.
    • KPIs & Performance Tracking
    • Monitor and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for stock accuracy, turnover, and operational efficiency.
    • Support in Strategic Planning
    • Provide insights from historical data to support budgeting, demand planning, and inventory strategy initiatives.
    • Training & Guidance
    • Coach and guide store and warehouse staff on proper inventory procedures and best practices.
    • Continuous Learning & Innovation
    • Stay updated on emerging inventory management tools, trends, and best practices to optimize processes.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Diploma or Certificate in Floristry, Horticulture, or related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in floristry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
    • Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and retail presentation.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
    • Knowledge of flower care, inventory management, and merchandising principles.
