Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications::

• Hold a law degree from a recognized university, or are advocates of the High Court of Kenya, or professionally qualified magistrate, or possess an equivalent qualification in a common-law jurisdiction
• Have at least ten (10) years’ experience as a distinguished academic, or legal practitioner or such experience in other relevant legal field;
• Have held the qualifications specified in paragraphs (i) and (ii) above for a period amounting, in the aggregate, to ten (10) years; irrespective of whether that experience was gained in Kenya or in another Commonwealth Common-Law jurisdiction.
• Qualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution will be an added advantage.

Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• Hold a bachelor's degree from a university recognized in Kenya in any of the following disciplines: Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering and Project Management.
• Have at least ten (10) years of experience in matters relating to the discipline referred to under item (i) above
• Qualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in Public Private Partnership transactions.
• Be of high moral character, integrity and impartiality.
• Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity.
