Purpose of the Role
The role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients within the recycled plastics market. The role supports sales growth through effective client management, coordination of logistics and deliveries, onboarding of new customers, and identification of business development opportunities. The position plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, product quality compliance, and continuous revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Organize and coordinate transport for pellet deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch.
- Confirm that the correct material and required quality specifications are loaded before delivery.
- Track deliveries and follow up on material and sample dispatch to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage client queries and provide timely, professional responses.
- Independently oversee client accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and retention.
- Support and execute onboarding of new clients, including documentation (e.g., KRA PIN, account setup, official contacts) and initial engagement.
- Conduct site visits where necessary to strengthen relationships and support new client integration.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to grow business within existing accounts.
- Monitor ongoing client orders and proactively coordinate with logistics and production teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales activities, and client communications.
- Prepare sales reports and relevant documentation for management review.
- Collaborate closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth material flow and delivery efficiency.

The Technical Operator will oversee, supervise, and actively operate recycling machinery to ensure optimal production efficiency, equipment reliability, and product quality. The role is responsible for maintaining high Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), ensuring safe operations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the recycling plant.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operations
- Operate and oversee recycling machinery including washing lines, pelletizing machines, balers, shredders, conveyors, and sorting equipment.
- Monitor and control key production parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and promptly address malfunctions or breakdowns.
- Ensure smooth operation of industrial production processes involving multi-step mechanical systems.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Supervise and, where possible, conduct preventive maintenance activities.
- Diagnose mechanical and operational faults and coordinate timely repairs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and performance records.

Electrical Installation & Maintenance
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment including wiring, lighting, panels, and control systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on recycling machines and plant equipment.

- Maintain accurate records of all electrical works, repairs, and inspections.
Machine Support & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, including complex issues such as electrical cards and high-voltage installations.
- Ensure continuous power supply stability and identify safe electrical supply solutions.
- Confirm and reconcile machine power consumption against KPLC reports.
