    Security Operations Controller

    Our client in the security sector is seeking to hire a vigilant, disciplined, and tech-savvy Security Operations Controller to join their operations team.
    This role involves real-time monitoring of CCTV systems, alarm responses, radio communication, and ensuring smooth coordination across security teams. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a security control room environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Surveillance & Monitoring

    • Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, tracking tools, and other security technologies.
    • Maintain round-the-clock surveillance to detect unusual or suspicious activities.
    • Record all incidents accurately in the system and escalate as required.
    • Conduct virtual patrols through camera feeds and take immediate action when needed.
    • Ensure proper operation of all monitoring equipment and report any faults.

    Incident Response & Coordination

    • Respond promptly to alarm triggers and dispatch response teams without delay.
    • Communicate clearly with guards, patrol teams, and supervisors using radio and other communication channels.
    • Follow established escalation procedures during emergencies or incidents.
    • Maintain communication discipline using proper phonetic and radio procedures.

    Control Room Operations

    • Keep the control room secure, organized, and compliant with company protocols.
    • Maintain data confidentiality and ensure all logs, recordings, and reports are well documented.
    • Coordinate with other departments, emergency services, and stakeholders when necessary.
    • Perform routine equipment checks and ensure all systems are running optimally.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, Criminology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience working as a Security Controller in the private security industry (Mandatory).
    • Hands-on experience with CCTV monitoring, alarm systems, tracking tools, and other digital surveillance systems.
    • Tech-savvy with solid computer skills.
    • Strong command of English, including phonetic alphabet communication.
    • Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
    • Additional training in CCTV operations is an added advantage.

    Sales Operations Manager

    Our client is seeking to hire a highly driven and strategic Sales Operations Manager to lead their sales team, streamline operations, and drive business growth.
    The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience in sales management, operations coordination, and customer relationship management. This role requires someone who can motivate teams, enhance efficiency, and ensure seamless execution across multiple business units.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Leadership

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Manage, mentor, and supervise the entire sales team.
    • Drive sales growth and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
    • Ensure timely lead follow-up, pipeline management, and conversion across all projects.

    • Coordinate site visits, client logistics, and customer experience.
    • Establish, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Enhance employee productivity and build a culture of high performance.
    • Analyze internal operations and recommend process improvements.
    • Implement business strategies aligned with short- and long-term company objectives.
    • Partner with the CEO on operations and sales planning to support growth.
    • Maintain high data integrity across leads, transactions, and customer profiles.
    • Automate repetitive sales processes and optimize reporting systems.
    • Maintain updated product catalogues and marketing materials.
    • Prepare and present timely operational and performance reports.
    • Resolve escalated client complaints and ensure excellent customer experience.
    • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
    • Strengthen brand advocacy and encourage repeat business and referrals.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Proven experience in sales management and operations oversight.

    • Experience working with CRM systems and ERP tools.
