Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for arranging the delivery of company orders on time.
• Responsible for transporters management and keeping good relations with the transporters.
• Responsible for pushing other delivery personnel to solve abnormal situations. Reasonable for arrangement, loading and offloading in different warehouses.
• Following up on trucks sent to the customer. Responsible for considering delivery cost.
• Responsible for following up on the truck to ensure safety of goods andavoidany robbery or theft.
• Responsible for updating delivery data.

Expected Skills, Competencies & Qualifications

• They must have a degree or diploma in ,Warehousing or Logistics and Transport from a reputable institution.
• Should have a minimum of strictly 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role .
• Posses ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Must have at least 1 year of driving experience with a valid driving licence.
• Be familiar with computer operations. Posses ability to work in an extremely high-pressure and high accountabilityenvironment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage accurate stock transfers during the receipt of inbound shipments intothewarehouse and from the warehouse to loading.
• Monitor stock movement in the warehouses and ensure effective product taggingand issuing procedures are followed at all times.
• Supervise the picking of products for loading and ensure that loaders adheretothepicking lists as generated from the system.
• Facilitate stock movement in the warehouse and ensure proper arrangement ofstocks for ease of stock count and independent verification.
• Ensure the warehouse is regularly cleaned, and maintained and stock well stacked.
• Ensure that all relevant procedures, SOPs, and routines are followed andadheredtoin line with the company policy, procedures, and requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum certificate/diploma/degree in supply chain, logistics, warehousingorbusiness administration or a related from a reputable institution.
• Proven experience of at least 1 year as a warehouse clerk or its equivalent.
• Good computer skills, and ERP working knowledge are preferred.
• Basic stock-taking procedure and knowledge. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitaskeffectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must be flexible.
