    Social Media Coordinator - Real Estate Sector

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and grow all company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
    • Design and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, posts) aligned with company's luxury brand.
    • Create compelling captions, campaigns, and stories tailored to real estate audiences
    • Develop monthly and quarterly social media strategies. Build content calendars aligned with project launches. Plan lead-generation funnels and coordinate with sales teams.
    • Create themed campaigns (launches, testimonials, progress updates, education).
    • Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva Pro, CapCut
    • Other: Basic SEO (YouTube & website optimization)
    • Graphic Design & Creative Production
    • Maintain cohesive visual identity across all content. Apply typography, color psychology, and luxury branding principles.
    • Create high-quality reels, animations, and video edits.
    • Produce 3D mockups, logo reveals, and property walkthroughs.
    • Capture and edit professional real estate photos/videos.
    • Use drones and gimbals effectively for premium visual quality.
    • Systems & Content Operations
    • Develop a weekly content calendar and approval workflow.
    • Maintain organized content storage (Google Drive → project → date).

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, or related field.
    • The ideal candidate must have 4-5 years of proven experience in social media management and design, with a strong background in real estate marketing.
    • Mandatory: Prior experience in real estate marketing.
    • Strong portfolio of past work (to be submitted with the application).
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva Pro.
    • Photography and video editing skills are an added advantage.
    • Good understanding of Nairobi's real estate market.

    General Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive strategic plans to achieve all revenue, market expansion, and brand objectives.
    • Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and monitoring industry trends and competitor activity.
    • Ensure organizational alignment by synchronizing strategies across sales, marketing, production, and finance departments.
    • Oversee and optimize all day-to-day operations across the company, ensuring efficient use of resources and operational effectiveness. Uphold the company's integrity and legality by implementing and enforcing company policies, standard operating procedures, and all regulatory compliance measures.
    • Maintain high standards of quality, customer service, and safety across all operational areas.
    • Direct all financial aspects, including developing budgets, monitoring expenses, approving major capital expenditures, and ensuring targets for revenue and profitability are met.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse leadership team, overseeing HR management, performance evaluations, and fostering a high- performance culture.
    • Represent the company to build strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, regulatory authorities, and industry forums.
    • Identify and implement strategies to mitigate operational and business risks while safeguarding company assets and intellectual property.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum 7-10 years of senior management experience, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, retail, or related industries.
    • Proven track record in business growth, operational management, and strategic leadership.
    • Experience managing multi-department operations and cross- functional teams.
    • Knowledge of the Kenyan market and regulatory environment is preferred.
