About the Role:

• The Business Intelligence & Planning Manager will drive data-informed planning and strategic growth for the inverter business. This role focuses on identifying high-impact market opportunities, shaping expansion plans, and ensuring accurate forecasting to align supply, sales, and operational activities across markets.

What you would be expected to do:

Market Intelligence & Insights

• Conduct ongoing market assessments covering:
•  Energy pricing (grid, diesel, petrol )
•  Customer affordability and purchasing trend
• Industry offerings, pricing, and market positioning
• Develop and maintain market intelligence dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Provide insights on market trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

Growth Strategy & Market Expansion

• Identify and assess new markets, cities, and customer segments.
• Develop market entry plans covering pricing, product suitability, and go-to-market considerations.
• Partner with country teams on launch planning and growth activities.
• Create expansion roadmaps and implementation timelines.

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Develop and manage demand forecasts.

Align forecasts with:

• Sales projections
• Marketing plans and pipeline projections
• Historical performance and seasonal trends
• Introduction of new inverter products
• Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels and Product availability during launches and expansion phases
• Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting approaches using actual performance data.
• Identify demand-related risks (e.g. understocking, overstocking, slow-moving inventory) and propose appropriate actions.

Strategic Initiatives & Business Planning

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and planning activities.
• Develop business cases and financial models.
• Monitor implementation progress and help deliver against defined priorities.

About The Role

• We are looking for a Mobile Security Technician to join our Cyber Security Team, which provides intelligence on hacking of Sun King devices to strengthen and expand the digital and financial inclusion of our customers.
• As an ethical hacker, your principal mission will be to identify security loopholes in various vendor smartphones and advise on security considerations. You will test Sun King devices for security flaws, particularly mobile phones, conduct hardware vulnerability reviews of smartphones, IoT and automotive devices, develop custom Proof-of-Concept code, and carry out internal penetration testing across products.

What you will be expected to do:

• Conduct offensive security assessments of hardware, firmware, embedded operating systems, and payment stacks on Sun King mobile devices.
• Reverse engineer firmware and perform static and dynamic reviews to uncover security weaknesses.
• Detect and exploit vulnerabilities in embedded systems, bootloaders, MDMs, Android kernel components, secure boot implementations, and cryptographic mechanisms.
• Develop and execute proof-of-concept attacks to demonstrate exploitability and business impact.
• Work with product, hardware, and software engineering teams to define secure development practices and strengthen product resilience.
• Contribute to threat modeling and architecture reviews for new products and features.
• Keep current with emerging vulnerabilities, tools, and offensive research relevant to smartphone financing ecosystems.

You might be a strong candidate if you have:

• Solid knowledge of Android security, Mobile Device Management, IoT device architectures, and hardware security testing.
• Strong familiarity with hardware exploitation techniques (e.g., JTAG/SWD/UART debugging, side-channel techniques, fault injection).
• Hands-on experience with Flash 64, Pandora, Easy JTag, Chimera, CM2, and similar tools.
• Proficiency in reverse engineering tools such as Ghidra, IDA Pro, Binary Ninja, and debugging tools like JTAGulator, OpenOCD, or Bus Pirate.
• Experience reviewing and modifying firmware images (binwalk, Firmadyne, QEMU).
• Familiarity with secure boot, TPM/TEE, flash encryption, and other embedded security technologies.
• Programming and scripting capability in Python, C/C++, Bash, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of common vulnerability classes (e.g., memory corruption, design flaws, insecure update mechanisms).
• Exposure to payment/fintech device security and secure device provisioning environments.

• The Process Excellence Operations Lead focuses on operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and using data to recommend practical ways to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
• This role works across cross-functional teams to generate insights, improve workflows, and contribute to business direction.

What you will be expected to do:

Operations Process Improvement

• Review existing operational workflows across warehousing, inventory management, procurement, and logistics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Guide structured process improvement initiatives aimed at simplifying workflows, reducing costs, improving cycle times, and strengthening operational controls
• Develop and implement scalable standard operating procedures and playbooks that can be consistently applied across locations and markets
• Work with operations teams to test, implement, and evaluate improvements, ensuring adoption and continuity
• Document processes through clear SOPs, process maps, and control checklists to maintain operational consistency

Operational Controls and Compliance

• Strengthen operational practices by improving key control mechanisms such as inventory reconciliation, stock handovers, and system-to-physical stock alignment
• Identify root causes of recurring operational issues (e.g., inventory discrepancies, process delays, data inconsistencies) and implement sustainable solutions
• Contribute to audit and compliance requirements by ensuring operational processes align with company policies and internal control standards
• Work with relevant teams to ensure control practices are embedded into day-to-day operations and tracked through clear ownership

Data Insights and Performance Tracking

• Gather and interpret operational data to identify performance trends, operational risks, and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key operational indicators across warehousing efficiency, inventory accuracy, logistics performance, and procurement cycle times
• Provide data-backed insights that guide planning and continuous improvement
• Work with stakeholders to ensure operational data accuracy and consistency across systems

Reporting and Communication

• Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate operational findings, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Track and report the progress and outcomes of process improvement initiatives, ensuring that improvements are measurable and sustained

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with operations, finance, and technical teams to translate operational needs into practical system or process improvements

You might be a strong candidate if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience
• 4–6 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, consulting, or process improvement roles
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements
• Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management approaches (Agile, Waterfall, or similar frameworks) and experience contributing to operational improvement initiatives
• Working knowledge of supply chain and operations processes, including warehousing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management
• Proficiency in data tools such as Excel or Google Sheets and data visualization platforms, including experience working with AI-enabled tools
• Experience working with ERP or operational systems used for supply chain, inventory, or logistics management
• Ability to work with complex datasets, generate meaningful insights, and present findings clearly to different stakeholders
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate operational topics into structured insights and practical recommendations
