- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with a specialization in Film and Animation
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience at a similar position in a recognized academic institution
OR
- Diploma in Film and Animation or its equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a similar position in a recognized academic institution.

- Providing technical support to Film and Animation academic programmes.
- Providing high-level technical support, troubleshooting techniques, and demonstrations for students regarding hardware and software systems.
- Supervising students’ practical sessions.
- Guiding students in their practical undertakings.
- Manage Film and Animation equipment utilization and circulation processes.

- Online circulation of library books (Check in and Check out).
- Preservation of library materials.
- Reference and reprography services.
- Shelving of information services.
- Advice on required materials in the library.

- Assess the systems, network and/or web requirements in liaison with senior ICT staff to meet the needs of the University;
- Design and implementation of the corporate ICT requirements of the University; the Internet backbone and the Local Area Network;
- Bandwidth management; planning and advising the University on acquisition and distribution, and adherence to service level agreements;
- Design and implement measures to ensure network security including all the network hardware and software protection; and
- Train and develop the requisite leadership, managerial and technical skills towards meeting the needs of the Network Administration & Security.
