    ICT Intern

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
    • Set up, configure, and maintain computers, mobiles, hardware, systems, and applications
    • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
    • Development and maintenance of software applications.
    • Installation and maintenance of computer networks. (WAN and LAN)
    • Ensure availability of computer systems and infrastructure
    • Organize and maintain IT resources.
    • End user support.
    • Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

    Job Requirements

    • Have graduated with Bachelor’s degree, – In Computer Science/Business Information Technology,
    • Telecommunication/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
    • Be computer literate in standard software applications.
    • I.T related professional qualification: Microsoft Certified Professional, A+, N+, CCNA or other recognized and current I.T certification will be an added advantage.
    • Proficient in Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
    • High level of integrity and commitment.
    • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
    • Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

    Nurse Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, review, update and ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to the unit.
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing unit and provide quality cost-effective care for the patient population.
    • Provide supervision and strategic direction to all the members of the nursing department.
    • Manage the departmental budget and develop cost containment strategies within the unit.
    • In charge of performance management within the unit.
    • Take lead in managing quality improvement and patient safety programs within the facility.
    • Facilitate learning opportunities to ensure personal and professional growth of departmental staff.
    • Participate in multi-disciplinary committees.
    • Participate in the recruitment of the nursing staff.
    • Take an active role in bedside nursing.
    • Advise management on the best nursing practices.
    • Play the link between the nursing unit and other departmental heads.
    • Any other duty as may be assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of effective management and supervisory practices
    • Good knowledge of the Kenyan Healthcare system.
    • Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills.

    Administrator

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as liaison among governing boards, medical staff, and departmental heads
    • Develop and ensure the implementation of financial and business strategies to enhance the fiscal viability of the hospital.
    • Take lead in the formulation and implementation of policies within all the hospital departments.
    • Organize, direct, control, and coordinate medical and health services in relation to set policies, regulations, and standards.
    • Take an active role in recruitment, consenting, screening, and enrolment of personnel.
    • Oversee quality improvement of processes for efficient delivery of services in the hospital.
    • Ensure compliance with all the governmental legal requirements and policies.
    • Monitor the performance of the hospital in terms of revenue & profitability against targets and take corrective steps as required.
    • Directly oversee the functions of all the operational departmental heads.
    • Create and maintain relationships with all the key external stakeholders
    • Development of organization systems to maximize productivity in the workplace
    • Any other duty as may be assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
    • A Master’s degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
    • Work Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position.
    • Knowledge in Financial Management.
    • Leadership and team-building experience.
    • Strong personality and ability to work under pressure.
