About the role:

SunCulture is looking for an enthusiastic Distribution Associate to support end-to-end order fulfillment in the Supply Chain department. He/She should be well versed and tech-savvy with the ability to work with ERP systems and CRM software, Clear understanding of warehousing operations. Strategic thinking and analytical skills will be crucial in optimizing order movement, minimizing costs, Keen to details and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute order processing and ensure proper dispatch of products is done with the right items and timelines upon receipt and 24hrs turn around time is achieved.
• Logistics Coordination:-Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including arranging dispatches, tracking shipments, and working with 3PL to ensure timely delivery.
• Data analysis: analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Reverse Logistics- Manage, document and account for all returned kits from customers or repossessed
• Daily physical & System stock recon with the warehouse Supervisor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues relating to the supply of SunCulture kits.
• Implement the best practice in the supply chain dispatch process.
• Supports the overall workflow of supply chain inventory and distribution, by analyzing and troubleshooting the automation process
• Cyclic  inventory reports & participate  in regular inventory stock take to ensure variances are minimized
• Cross-functional coordination with  Payg, Sales & After sales team for clear alignment of orders as they are captured to our system
• Any other duty as may be assigned by the line manager

Does this sound like you?

• Holds a Degree/Diploma qualification preferably in Supply chain,Procurement  or a related field
• Solid experience in data analytics and can handle high-level reporting
• Ability to manage and use the data to forecast and plan orders as per demand.
• Knowledge and working experience with robust CRM and ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work  under minimal supervision
• Must be a self-motivator and self-starter who is resourceful and have a roll-up-sleeves mentality;
• Exhibit excellent technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Solid time management skills. 
• Must be able to effectively engage stakeholders

About the role:

The role is essential to the efficient functioning of SunCulture warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth running of our warehouse. Your primary duties will include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, managing inventory, fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• .Receive and inspect and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments and any goods received at the warehouse
• Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers’ expectations and business timelines
• Organize and store solar products in designated warehouse bin locations.
• Maintain weekly accurate inventory records using inventory management software and floor stocks.
• Perform regular inventory counts and coordinate with the supervisor for reordering.
• Generate shipping labels and necessary documentation on all dispatches.
• Assist in routine maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth workflow.

• Diploma, Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in warehouse or logistics
• Familiarity with solar equipment and components is a plus
• Proficiency in using inventory management software
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
