Product Pricing, Revenue Assurance & Process Automation Analysts at Stratostaff

Key Responsibilities

• Pricing & Governance Enablement
• Automate pricing compliance dashboards and daily pricing validations across loans, deposits, and fees.
• Automate revenue assurance controls for loans, deposits, and fees to identify leakage and margin erosion.
• Automate inputs for governance and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain product profitability dashboards and portfolio analytics.
• Establish and maintain audit-ready documentation, controls, and validation logs.
• Develop dashboards to support governance committee meetings, including:
• Preferentially priced customer monitoring
• Product profitability and scheme loan tracking
• Fees and excise duty collection and reconciliation
• Maintain quarterly competitor pricing benchmarks to inform pricing strategy
• Develop pricing audit trails and data governance controls
• Solutioning, Innovation & Digital Enablement
• Developing a digital product knowledge hub for frontline teams
• Designing and developing digital lending journeys for key ecosystem customers
• Automating customer-initiated digital loan origination and client journeys
• Supporting conceptualization, design, development and roll-out of strategic solutions
