Public Relations and Tour at Amicabre Travel Services

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the Company's tours, safaris, car hire and travel services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing professional communication, excellent customer service and handling client feedback or concerns.
• Assist in planning and coordinating tours, excursions and safari arrangements.
• Represent the Company professionally in all client interactions and support public relations, marketing and business development activities.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Tourism & Travel Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years experience in tourism, travel, hospitality, public relations, customer service or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Kenyas tourism and safari industry.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi and its environs, including tourist attractions, hotels and key travel destinations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and public relations skills.
• Confident, presentable and able to interact professionally with local and international clients.
• Good computer skills and ability to use email and digital communication platforms.
• Strong customer service, sales and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work under pressure.
• Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
