Risk Compliance Officer at Majid Al Futtaim

ROLE SUMMARY

• The Officer - Risk & Compliance is responsible for supporting the Store Manager by completing tasks to ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees, visitors and customers

ROLE PROFILE

• Protect store employees, customers and assets by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Assist in investigations and report writing of any store cases reported.
• Report direct manager in detail any incidents such as property damage, unusual occurrences, thefts, suspected behaviors and malfunctioning of machinery or equipmen.
• Apprehend suspected criminals and perform the suspect handling procedures.
• Liaison with police incase of criminal investigations' at the store level.
• Ensure regulatory compliance at their respective stores.
• Conduct training on Safety, shrinkage, compliance etc. To various store departments.
• Ensure compliance of policies and procedures at the store level.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Criminology, Security management & related fields.
• 2 years of related experience in security & compliance management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills .
• Good time management skills .
• Good problem-solving skills .
