    Senior Accountant

    Job Summary

    • Reporting to the Finance Manager the main purpose of the job is to ensure timely delivery of financial information to the management to aid in planning, decision making and communication of financial information to Stakeholders. The role will be responsible for the Reporting and Treasury functions of the organization.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
    • CPA K/ ACCA or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum of six (6) years' relevant experience
    • Insurance Industry experience a MUST.

    Deputy Claims Manager

    ​​​​​Job Summary

    • Reporting to the Claims Manager, the Deputy Claims Manager shall be responsible for managing the administrative, co-ordination and operations of the Claims, Legal, & Investigations Department, including supervising staff in the section.

    Qualifications

    • At least 5 years' experience at a senior level in relevant position
    • Good knowledge of non-motor claims processes

    Human Resource & Administration Manager

    Job Summary

    • Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent shall, oversee the planning, development, and management of all aspects related to human resources with the primary responsibility to ensure our organization's workforce is aligned with company goals.

    • Demonstrable Practical knowledge of labour laws
