    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    THE OPPORTUNITY

    • The Talent Acquisition Specialist is accountable for implementing attraction and selection initiatives and processes to effectively attract, select and retain highly capable people.

    ABOUT YOU

    • You will have highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to provide advice and influence at all levels. This will be coupled with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills. You will also have the ability to work on multiple recruitment processes with competing deadlines. Furthermore, you will be able to maintain a focus on the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong teamwork, knowledge sharing and collaboration skills. Finally, you will have strong planning, coordination and organisational skills, strong negotiation skills, continuous improvement focus and strong technology disposition.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Facilitating end-to-end recruitment processes
    • Ensuring that attraction and selection initiatives and processes are well communicated and understood by Hiring Managers and leaders.
    • Ensuring a candidate-care focused approach is applied to the entire recruitment cycle.
    • Supporting Hiring Managers to complete their recruitment responsibilities.
    • Support supplier relationships to ensure value for money and effective outcomes for The Foundation.
    • Develop strong business relationships with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders across The Foundation and support shared initiatives in attraction, selection and retention.

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Managing multiple end-to-end recruitment processes concurrently
    • Experience working across a range of diverse specialist roles in a complex environment.
    • Experience influencing, developing, and collaborating with a range of stakeholders, to build relationships, provide advice and deliver results.
    • Using modern technology to maximize attraction of talent to roles.
    • Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment practices in complex, global organisations.
    • Previous experience within non-government or INGO sector.
    • Previous experience working within a human resource function.
    • SAP SuccessFactors experience.
    • Experience using behavioural assessment tools.

    Audit & Compliance Coordinator

    ABOUT YOU

    • You will have excellent work plan design, implementation, and maintenance, with excellent organisation, including multiple tasks, deadline, priority and stakeholder management. Furthermore, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration. Finally, you will adept software usage that improves planning, tracking, and reporting.

    THE OPPORTUNITY

    • The Audit and Compliance Co-ordinator is accountable for the planning, design and co-ordination of audit, investigation, compliance, and accreditation activities across the organisation that are aligned to The Foundation’s strategic framework.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in the development and maintenance of Audit, Investigation, Compliance and Accreditation plans, schedules, registers, controls library and training materials.
    • Support the evolution of Audit and Compliance digital tools and methodologies.
    • Co-ordinate Audit and Compliance activities, including being first point of contact, providing stakeholders with procedural advice and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
    • Organise and participate in meetings, documenting key decisions and action items.
    • Develop strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and completion of activities.
    • Prepare and distribute reports, highlighting achievements and potential risks.

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Planning and co-ordinating team activities and projects.
    • Collaborating, negotiating, and partnering with different stakeholders across the organisation.
    • Writing reports for senior management.
    • Workplace exposure to colleagues from different countries, cultures, and regions.
    • Exposure to project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Worked with governance, risk, compliance, and audit teams.
    • Worked within the not-for-profit, non-government organisation and international development sectors.
