Your Mission

• Perform technical demonstration in the bakery and patisserie fields by using the products of Puratos for the artisan sales channel,
• Give technical advice in product development process and range positioning, together with the R&D and the Marketing departments,
• Follow up closely all local and global patisserie trends and to reflect them by finished products,
• Create pastry recipes in order to develop recipe databank,
• Increase the basic and advanced patisserie knowledge of customers, newcomers, and the local patisserie technical advisor team by frequent trainings,
• Support all patisserie marketing activations as customer & consumer events, digital media, digital platform, PR etc,
• Support all regions in Côte d’Ivoire for the required works,

What We Expect From You

• 5+ years production experience in food and bakery/pqtisserie sector,
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills,
• Excellent people management skills to interact with customers, cross-functional teams and third parties,
• Excellent organizational and time management skills,

• This position requires domestic travel to customer and potential sites

What you will do:

• Support in posting of journals in ERP and generation of accurate and timely financial statement.
• Assist in Working capital management (payables management, receivables management and stock management)
• Support in the streamlining of finance policies and procedures and set up of internal controls.
• Support the Finance Director in treasury management cash budget forecast.
• Support in drafting annual financial budgets and close monitoring and reporting on budget variances.
• Support and and collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and financial health.
• Support in filing of all statutory returns.
• Monitor legal compliance of the company to local regulations.

What We Expect From You

• A Minimum of 2 years in a Finance /accounting profession, preferably with a strong background in auditing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, Finance, economics, or related field and completed Certified Public Accountant examination.
• Experience of local and international accounting practices and knowledge of International Financial reporting standards (IFRS)
• Experience with Odoo ERP(preferred)
• Strong analytical skills which forms the basis of strategic thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
