Key Responsibilities

• Travel Planning & Coordination: Develop and customize itineraries for individual and group travel across East Africa and beyond, aligning with clients’ preferences and budgets.
• Booking Management: Arrange flights, accommodations, transport, and excursions while negotiating the best deals with suppliers.
• Client Support: Offer expert advice on destinations, visa applications, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
• Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with industry partners, including hotels, airlines, and tour operators, to secure quality service.
• Industry Expertise: Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and new regulations to provide accurate and timely advice.
• Problem Resolution: Address any issues or challenges that arise during the travel process to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years experience in the travel or tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of East African safari destinations and international travel requirements.
• Proficiency in travel reservation systems and related software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the company van to deliver liquor orders to customers, adhering to all traffic and company regulations.
• Ensure secure transport and compliance with handling requirements.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely order fulfillment and optimize fuel consumption.
• Verify delivery details and ensure accurate handovers to customers.
• Maintain the company van in excellent condition by performing routine checks and reporting maintenance needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Assist with inventory management, stock loading and tracking as required.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Familiarity with local routes and traffic laws in Kenya, specifically in Nairobi.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
