    Licensed Surveyor

    Job Responsibilities

    • Conduct land, boundary, and topographic surveys in support of construction, engineering, and facilities operations.
    • Use surveying instruments such as GPS, total stations, levels, and digital data collectors to obtain precise measurements.
    • Prepare survey reports, maps, plats, and documentation in accordance with Navy and Amentum standards.
    • Verify existing site conditions, elevations, and property boundaries to support project planning and execution.
    • Maintain accurate survey records, field notes, and digital data files.
    • Collaborate with engineers, planners, and construction teams to ensure survey data accuracy and project alignment.
    • Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and care of surveying equipment.

    Minimum Requirements

    • 1–3 years of professional surveying experience.
    • Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or equivalent recognized surveying certification.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
    • Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
    • Passport must be valid for at least one year beyond hire date.
    • Ability to meet and maintain contract medical requirements for the duration of deployment.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience working in an austere OCONUS environment with a multi-national workforce.
    • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency with GPS, total stations, GIS tools, and survey software.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Ability to obtain country-specific visas per the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide.

    Dynamometer Operator

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    The Dynamometer Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and ensuring the safe and effective use of the dynamometer system consistent with organizational goals and safety standards. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Operating all aspects of the dynamometer system per operational guidelines and procedures.
    • Ensuring that the system operates within defined technical parameters to meet testing and diagnostic requirements.
    • Performing routine setup, calibration, and maintenance of the dynamometer system to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
    • Identifying, troubleshooting, and reporting system malfunctions or performance issues.
    • Documenting operational activities, maintenance tasks, and test results in defined reporting systems.
    • Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations during system operation and maintenance.
    • Submitting training and qualification documentation to the Contracting Officer (KO) for approval prior to hiring.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven training and qualification in the operation of dynamometer systems.
    • Ability to safely and independently operate, monitor, and maintain the dynamometer system.
    • Understanding of testing and diagnostic processes related to dynamometer system operation.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Must be capable of submitting qualifications documentation to the KO for review and approval prior to employment.
    • Must be in possession of a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
    • Passport should be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring.
    • Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for the duration of deployment.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Prior experience working with dynamometer systems in a technical or engineering environment.
    • Relevant certifications or formal training in dynamometer operation or diagnostics.
    • Prior experience in an austere OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) environment with a multi-national workforce is preferred.
    • Valid country driver’s license and passport.
    • Excellent organizational, technical, and problem-solving skills.

    Meteorological Technician

    Job Responsibilities

    • Collect, record, and analyze meteorological data including temperature, humidity, wind speed, atmospheric pressure, and precipitation.
    • Operate, calibrate, and maintain weather monitoring instruments and automated observation systems.
    • Prepare and disseminate routine and special weather reports in accordance with Navy and Amentum standards.
    • Assist in forecasting support by compiling observational data and identifying weather patterns.
    • Monitor severe weather conditions and provide timely alerts to operational personnel.
    • Maintain accurate logs, digital records, and equipment maintenance documentation.
    • Collaborate with engineering, aviation, and operational teams to ensure weather data accuracy and mission readiness.

    Minimum Requirements

    • 1–3 years of experience in meteorology, atmospheric science, or weather observation.
    •  High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in meteorology preferred.
    • Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
    • Passport must be valid for at least one year beyond hire date.
    •  Ability to meet and maintain contract medical requirements for the duration of deployment.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience working in an austere OCONUS environment with a multi-national workforce.
    • Familiarity with meteorological instruments, automated weather systems, and data analysis tools.
    • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.

    Vehicle Maintenance Analyst

    The Vehicle Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing vehicle maintenance and repair operations for a large fleet of military/civilian assets including, but not limited to, line haul, vertical handling, material handling, light and heavy vehicles, and/or construction equipment.

    Principal Accountabilities

    (Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract.)

    • Execute vehicle maintenance and recovery operations in accordance with applicable contract requirements, company policies, government regulations, and military standards
    • Manage the administration, maintenance, and distribution of approved publications, warranties, and government required documentation such as Lost, Theft, Damaged, and Destroyed (LTDD) and Estimated Cost of Damage (ECOD) reports
    • Ensure assets are properly utilized and al odometer reading are up to date and documented in the computerized maintenance management system.  
    • Coordinate with managers, directors, military personnel suppliers, and vendors for warranty issues and cross leveling of assets, to ensure scheduled maintenance, reporting and tracking of all assets are completed within the appropriate time lines allotted.
    • Ensure vehicles are maintenance in accordance with the MFG and or Military levels -10, -20/-30 levels of scheduled maintenance.
    • Monitor and verify that all repairs are recorded and documented appropriately and ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.
    • Implement budgeting, analysis, and reporting for the maintenance operation, track burn rates and equipment usage, maintain appropriate stock levels, and maximize cost avoidance measures
    • Evaluate and provide for team development and enforce guidelines to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of assigned employees
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Knowledge & Skills

    • Advanced knowledge of maintenance and supply principles, production, and US military maintenance support systems for material handling, heavy truck, and/or heavy equipment 
    • Knowledge of GCSS-Army maintenance production, production control, and maintenance support systems and procedures
    • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, equipment parts acquisition, and warranty, LTDD, and ECOD submissions
    • Proficient in GCSS-Army Maintenance Management Business Area Module
    • Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations such as the Department of Transportation (DOT), Occupational, Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), American National Standards Institute (ANSI)  Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) and Military Standards.
    • Additional knowledge/skills may be required by contract or assignment

    Experience & Education

    • Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in logistics support of equipment maintenance with at least three (3) years in a maintenance management role utilizing GCSS-Army Maintenance Business Area  
    • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or associated discipline; may substitute two (2) years’ experience in related field for each year of college
    • Additional experience/education may be required by contract or assignment

    Physical Requirements/Working Environment

    • CONUS:  Generally works in normal office environment, but may be required to travel domestically and internationally on short notice, to austere environments, under harsh living conditions
    • OCONUS:  Some positions will be assigned to overseas locations where living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable, with long hours, exposure to weather, dust, and hazardous/harsh conditions
