Key Responsibilities:

• CBET Training Delivery;
• CBET Assessment & Participate in Development of tools Tools;
• Compile Portfolio Evidence of CBET Trainees;
• Supervise Trade Project & Business Plans;
• Provide Results of the Assessment as Provided in the Assessment Schedules;

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Transport and Logistics, Economics, maritime management, or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field from a recognized university
• Certificate in Pedagogical Skills from an approved institution;
• Certificate in Training of Trainers (ToT) for an approved institution;
• Demonstrated merit and competence as evidenced by work performance and measurable results

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional driver training sessions for classes C1, G10, G13, and G14;
• Participate in curriculum design, development and implementation in the BMA Driving School;
• Develop lesson plans and learners assessment;
• Regular maintenance of training equipments and maintenance schedules;
• Promote road safety awareness and compliance with NTSA regulations.
• Maintain training logs and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Driving Instructor License from NTSA;
• Certificate/Diploma in Automotive/Management/Transport Management or related field;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in driver training;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• STCW-compliant certification.
• Teaching experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction in Navigation, Cargo Handling, control of operations of ship and care of persons onboard and stowage and radio communication.
• Oversee practical training using simulators and onboard training.
• Participate in curriculum development and mentorship of cadets.
• Train on Basic Safety Training.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nautical Science or related field.
• CoC It (A-II/1 or A-II/2).
• STCW-compliant certification with sea service as Deck Officer.
• Proficiency in using navigation simulators is an additional advantage.
• Teaching qualification or experience preferred.
