    Territory Trade Marketer

    Role Purpose:

    To drive sales growth and market penetration for the new diaper product line within the assigned territory by building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers. The role focuses on executing sales strategies, ensuring product availability, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Achievement: Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the diaper category within the assigned territory.
    • Market Development: Identify and develop new customers, channels, and opportunities to expand market presence for the diaper range.
    • ​Distribution & Visibility: Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in retail outlets.
    • Trade Execution: Implement trade promotions, consumer offers, and in-store activations to drive product off-take.
    • Data-Driven Selling: Use sales automation tools to plan routes, track sales performance, monitor inventory, and report on sales activities.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
    • Market Intelligence: Gather competitor information, pricing trends, and consumer feedback to support marketing and product improvement initiatives.
    • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports through the sales automation system.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably with a diaper or baby care brand.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive FMCG environment.
    • Experience using sales automation software.
    • Strong distribution management and territory planning skills.

    Other Requirements:

    • Age: Below 40 years
    • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

    Labelling Operator

    Job Summary:

    To operate efficiently and maintain the labelling machine to ensure smooth, consistent, and high-quality production. The role involves minimising machine downtime, achieving production targets, optimising resource utilization, and strictly adhering to safety, quality, and maintenance protocols. The operator will also support continuous improvement initiatives to foster a productive, safe, and efficient working environment.

    Machine Operation & Production

    • Operate the labelling machine strictly as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Achieve daily production targets while ensuring adherence to product quality standards.
    • Perform machine changeovers independently within the allocated time and maintain equipment cleanliness after ward.
    • Ensure proper utilization of production hours, considering scheduled breaks and prayer times.

    Coordination & Material Management

    • Coordinate with the Shift Engineer to ensure continuous availability of labels, adhesives, bottles, and other required materials throughout the shift.
    • Assist in running other related machines when required to support smooth line operations.

    Troubleshooting & Quality Control

    • Identify and troubleshoot machine faults and abnormalities promptly to minimize downtime and rejection rates.
    • Monitor labelling quality—alignment, adhesion, clarity, and coding—and initiate corrective actions when deviations arise.
    • Report any machine or process abnormalities immediately to the Shift Engineer.

    Process Monitoring & Documentation

    • Monitor and control machine process parameters to maintain optimal operating conditions.
    • Ensure proper shift handover by clearly documenting machine status, process issues, and actions taken.
    • Fill and maintain all required production documents, including:
      • Daily production reports
      • Downtime records
      • Preventive maintenance checklists

    Housekeeping & Safety

    • Maintain a high level of housekeeping and hygiene around the machine in accordance with company standards.
    • Follow all safety procedures, including the use of required PPE, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), and GMP guidelines.
    • Participate in safety drills, audits, and continuous improvement activities.

    Requirements

    Education Requirements

    • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

    Experience Requirements

    • 5–6 years of hands-on experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Krones labelling machines in the beverage manufacturing industry.
    • Proven knowledge of mechanical adjustments, basic electrical troubleshooting, and production line operations in high-speed bottling environments.
